I love coming here only for their dumplings!!!! You have to try this!!! So delicious! I love the sauce that they have for dipping. It’s sweet but not too sweet. The filling is plentiful. Serves 6 dumplings in one order. I love it! Will get it again

During the covid shut down I tried to support a few local restaurants in my neighborhood. I have always enjoyed Rice Bowl with the good service and tasty eats. Today I ordered a dinner combo and many things have changed and not for the good. First off the pricing has increased by 26%. I can understand and will accept this to keep the business going in my area. But secondly the portions have gone down by at least 50%. The container I received my meal in today was what the main entrée used came in along with a box of rice(steamed or fried). I do not feel I can fully support the business like I did previously with both the increase in price and decrease in volume of food. See attached photos.

I can’t get the taste of old nasty grease out of my mouth. Sooooo disgusting. Two stars because it’s convenient and cheap, but it’s so nasty, idk how they charge anything at all, and I wonder if they ever even taste their own food because I couldn’t even finish it and threw away 90% of my order. Definitely not coming back here because there are many better alternatives.

This restaurant has a big problem, customer service! The woman does not greet you as if you are a paying customer, she greets you like you are interrupting her. The same lady is super stingy with the sauces and seems to have an attitude when you ask for more sauces. They offer no silverware. The pricing is higher than I would pay else where. And after you’ve given your money don’t expect to hear thank you. However the food tastes it’s not good enough to come back for that kind of service. As a matter of fact you almost don’t want to eat the food after going through all that.

I have ordered from this place for years. They have lunch specials from 11am till 3pm Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. They provide 2 fried appetizers with those meals. There are a lot of choices, and the food is good. The staff is friendly, and there is a small area where you can eat your food in the store. I find myself going by there for soup in the evenings. I have never gotten a wrong/bad order. In fact I have asked them to make the Garlic chicken for me without the heat (not hot), and they make it that way. I’ve been to other places, and they flat out refuse to make it that way. I highly recommend this place.

This was my first time eating at the Rice Bowl. The food here was cooked fresh and cooked the way I requested it. The only down fall I had with them was they told me it was about a 10 min wait and I ended up waiting almost 25 mins other than that I love this little place .

Dirty location, smells like sewage. I ordered thinking maybe there was a plumbing issue. I got my food and sure enough it smelled like sewage. Money wasted!! Went down the garbage disposal Absolutely ZERO ⭐️…Health Dept needs to head that way ASAP!!
