I will not be returning. I ordered a combination pizza and asked for the mushrooms (which are part of the combination) to be placed only on half. When I got home, I got a half combination/half mushroom only pizza. I do not eat mushrooms! What a waste of money. When I called to share my disappointment, I was told that’s what I asked for. It absolutely was NOT what I asked for. Why would I pay for a combination pizza (which is more than a pizza with one topping) and only get the toppings on half! Makes no sense! Very disappointing, as I try to support new businesses!

Tried to order a large pizza for delivery, but they don’t do delivery even though their site says they do. Then I was told that they are out of pizza sauce, but could use garlic sauce instead? A pizza place that runs out of pizza sauce… I’m not sure they deserve to even be a restaurant. Based on the other reviews, it won’t be long until they probably are gone anyways.

I hate giving this place a bad review, because the staff are nice and you can tell they care a lot about the customer. The wings are the only redeeming quality when it comes to food, they were really good. It was the worst pizza I have ever gotten at a restaurant and the fries were soggy, unfortunately. The floors were sticky and there were only napkins at about 3 tables. It was rough.

My favorite place to eat. Our pizzas are always delicious and hot. This evening we tried the Philly cheesesteak sub and meatball sub. Very good and delicious. Also, ordered the mozzarella sticks yummy. They are always very nice and pleasant to us. Keep up the excellent work.

The pizza was excellent. I didn’t get to try the wings but my wife enjoyed them. My chicken philly sub was definitely on point. I can’t to try the Halal chicken and rice next week. If they’re in your area take advantage of the free delivery. They came 25 minutes ahead of schedule on a Friday evening. The driver was pleasant and professional. No door dashers for these folks, just good people.

Ordered 2 extra crispy pizzas and only got one 1 extra crispy. The other was soggy and didn’t include extra pepperoni that we paid for. Still edible pizza and we will hope for improvements.

Don’t order!!! Placed an order waited over an hour made two phone calls and told the order was canceled. No call no heads up. Finally after getting thru to Ricco’s, I was told it was my fault and not there’s. Edit: the response isn’t true, I contacted Ricco’s & I was given absolutely no help other than it wasn’t their fault. Their response is fake and just to look good. All they had to do was to try to make it right & this would’ve never been a thing. Pizza Shop for the win!!! Thanks Pizza Shop in Yorktown!

Born and raised NYC girl (AKA from the block) ate pizza at least 5days a week by the slice. Ricco’s pizza was greasy had to re-cut it limp crust and salty sauce. Should have taken picture but wanted it out of my house. Subpar pizza is NOT allowed in my home. Had husband and daughter take back the pizza and to their credit they gave us our money back. My daughter ate a slice and her stomach is now upset from the salty flavor. We won’t be back…Gus why did you leave us?(and yes I know the owner’s name was not Gus).

Tried this place after seeing a 5 stars and it didn’t disappoint. The wings are very good and aren’t little like BDubs. Pizza is really good! Definitely recommend.

Great food. Salads are so fresh, wings and subs are very good. Haven’t tried the pizza yet. Prices are reasonable and the service is outstanding. Will go again!
