I ordered the rib plate since the business is named Ribmaster. Unfortunately I didn’t get what I expected which were ribs smoked on a pit. The ribs were dry but they also appear to have been boiled. Did not have a smoked taste. A lot of fat as you can see in the picture. You don’t get that from smoked meats. The sides were baked beans and Mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese is melted cheese over noodles nothing special. The bake beans were delicious; well seasoned. the ribs didn’t work for me (I’m from Texas barbecue ribs are smoked not boiled) I spent 18 bucks to eat baked beans and a few bites of Mac and cheese. Service was fast. Maybe they just got it wrong today…I don’t know!

It is a food truck that has seating space next to it. The menu changes based on the day. The people there were very nice. Get their Brisket it was delicious, Dirty Rice was surprisingly good. Fried Chicken was great. Smoke Turkey Wings were tough to eat, and Corn Bread tasted good but was wet, and mushy, I like mine crispy on the outside. Mc& Cheese could’ve been better, needed more cheese.

The name says it all RIBMASTER… Great food Great service Great atmosphere.. The food is amazing.. I love the different options which vary day by day.. I especially love the RIBS AND THE HOT HONEY CHICKEN SANDWHICH….My wife loves the BELL PEPPERS which are also delicuous..I recommend you try them…. Wonderful and friendly staff very attentive.. I must say the red beans and rice today really hit different. They were so deliciously good. I only had them once before but today it’s like god came from heaven himself and put his magic in them lol. That’s when you know the chef and cook are doing their thing! I really love this place, i can eat here every day of the week because it’s a different menu daily with a big variety actually. What more could you want out of a soul food spot? Very welcoming atmosphere, they cater to your every need, even getting a glass of ice cold water. They really go above and beyond not only with the food but customer service is A1. That’s the type of vibe i like when I’m dining in or picking up. My fav day tho is Thursday boiled seafood day. The turkey necks omg fall off the bone tender and soooo good. Cannot wait! Ribmaster is def 1000/10 periodddddd.
