New favorite! This food is amazing! We had ribs, sausage, pulled pork, a hamburger with brisket, cheese and fried pickles, a variety of sides…. Everything was wonderful. Freshly prepared, pleasant service in a nice casual atmosphere. We will be back soon!

Perfect place for BBQ. Wonderful lemonade and the meat was perfect. Mac n cheese nice and creamy. Don’t forget any one of their sauces.

Spending the night in Roswell didn’t want to drive too far for dinner. Saw a rib crib up the street. Not very crowded when I showed up I was met promptly by the hostess and sat down in a booth. Pretty much knew what I wanted to meet plate with sausage and brisket macaroni and cheese and seasoned fries. Food was delivered in a appropriate amount of time. One thing that I noticed what my food was delivered it was brought to my table by another young lady that was not my waitress. And then as soon as a plate got sat down my waitress asked me how everything was. I’d only have the food like 2 seconds. People were friendly. The only thing that caught me off guard which I guess I should have paid closer attention to on the menu. There is a dollar fifty added to my bill for the brisket. When I asked the waitress what that was for she said there’s an upcharge for brisket. Obviously I missed out on the menu since it was so tiny in the writing. Plus nobody else or I’m from in Texas does an upcharge on brisket. I mean it wasn’t that much to begin with as far as the amount of me. It was a good portion but an upcharge for basic brisket. That’s very disappointing. Anyway rib crib is good for what it is. Give it a try I recommended

Order the wings to start with the mild sauce, meat fell off the bone & the sauce was tangy. For dinner we ordered two meats but choose double brisket (sliced & chopped) both were very good. Sides were sweet & spicy beans & side salad…beans were a little spicy but delicious, the side salad was big it had cheese, tomatoes & fried tortilla strips. Serves was great!

For starters, this place smells like a BBQ joint should, SMOKEY! I like that their kids menus come with wax straws for them to create things with not 3 crayons and 1 coloring page, my kids loved that. I had the hot links and pulled pork which they did not load up with sauce like most places, THANK YOU! Gravy had some cyanne or paprika in it cause it had something extra most gravies don’t. My wife had the club sandwich and it was MASSIVE! The fries were seasoned great and fried to perfection. I hate to keep a whole star for it but my food arrived cold. None of it was warm. Would definitely go back though. Waitress did awesome too.

This place is freaking amazing stop everything we cruise through roswell. The queso dip with brisket is bomb. Honestly love everything I’ve tried here. The service is always reliable, kind, and adaptable to your orders.

First time here, Food was fresh, delicious. Ordered the chips & salsa w/ queso dip, the dip was hot & creamy. The chicken was so moist, the ribs were fall off the bone tender I kid you not. Everything was scrumptious. Our waitress was very attentive & polite. The atmosphere is relaxing & the restaurant smells of all the BBQ that is being made. A real gem hidden in Roswell.

Fabulous staff food was out before we could finish appetizer. We loved the smokey chedder dip and the baked potato was to die for. Ribs a little dry not much fat briskit dry same issue not much balance of fat extremely lean not much flavor. We don’t use BBQ sauce typically just want the rub and meat flavor to shine thru the briskit was flavorless. Corn on cob perfect okra very good. We definitely would return we would not reorder briskit and would ask for fattier ribs and for the full rack to be left uncut. Being cut made them dry out even more.
