It was our first time out in over three years and the place didn’t disappoint us. And, the food was enjoyable. We ordered four meat platter and it was a delight, the. Eat was tender and flavorful, not overtly spicy or tough. Brisket was good, but the chicken breasts were best, full of flavors and succulent. Our hostess was cordial and caring. She had some great suggestions. Great place. Great food.

We placed an order online for a family dinner. Picked up and when we got it home for a family dinner, my sons meal was 1/4 pound when we paid for an entire pound. Managers response “we can remake it but you gage to come back and get it.” Wow, while the rest of the family had food. That was no option, if we went back everyone’s food would have been cold. Terrible customer service and manager lacks vision on what customer service is. Don’t waste your money or time.

Overall, we love their food. We grab from the drive thru often, and the lady that is typically at the window isn’t particularly nice. It’s a nice surprise when we go and she’s not there. They typically forget if we ask for something like jalapeños on the side, but the bulk of the order is usually correct and always tasty.

Walked in the other night at 7:45pm to grab a quick dinner with my wife the other night. There were only 2 tables being served in the whole restaurant so we figured it would be quick service, especially since the restaurant closes at 9pm. Immediately upon waking in, we were ignored by all staff and then were told by the hostess that whatever we would order was going to take an hour. Mind you we were going to split a salad. Another couple walked in behind us and was told the same thing. Absolutely ridiculous, especially considering the kitchen seemed to be staying busy with to-go orders. Everyone turned away at the restaurant seemed pretty upset. Awful experience.

I get rib crib frequently but tonight was not very good!! Ordered a super spud with chopped brisket and potato was about half the size of a regular one and snd it was very ,very over cooked!!!in fact I could not eat it!!! Also ordered crispy chicken salad and it was good!!! Was just really disappointed in the super spud!!! Just wanted management to know that a regular customer was disappointed in their order

The food is what one should expect from a highly commercialized restaurant chain. Decent with flavor but somewhere along the way the restaurant chain forgot about what truly made them famous and decided to just push food out as fast as possible. Sometimes you get perfect food and sometimes it’s dry and tough.

The food is excellent as always, but the staff and atmosphere had a heavyness in the air, a presence of tiredness, oldness, unhappiness, or just worn out staff. The place needs a nice re-fresh in decor and something to motivate the staff. Maybe they’re having to work too many hours. C’mon, owners, reignite the ‘Crib!.
