We take a lot of lengthy rides to well known Barbecue joints and don’t get this good of Barbecue. . This place isn’t well known yet but if they keep this quality and friendly service they will be there soon! Portions were large, and vegetables fresh.

My husband and I had a late lunch at Rib Shack. The ambiance was nice. Very pleasantly decorated and the staff was excellent. After we ordered, the owner Dave came to our table and greeted us. Our food was delivered and it was wonderful. My ribs fell off the bone and my husband’s brisket was juicy and soooo tender. The home made coleslaw was so delicious I wanted to lick my plate. I normally smother my ribs in sauce, but not this time. I didn’t need sauce. Wow.

This is a hidden gem! The food was delicious! We tried the ribs, brisket, sausage, beans, coleslaw, green beans, potato salad, gumbo, banana pudding, and peach cobbler. It was all great. Not over seasoned or slathered in sauce. True to the flavors of the meat and veggies. They were so nice and proud of their establishment and food. We bought more to go!

Love this place! Nice people with awesome fall off the bone ribs! Great brisket and sausage, too! The potato salad and cole slaw are nice complements to the amazing meats. Definitely recommend; we will be back!

I had the sausage and brisket combo plate. Best brisket i have ever had. Moist, full of flavor and melts in your mouth. My wife had the ribs. A-MAZ-ING! I will recommend this place to everyone i know. Dave the owner is great and the staff are friendly.
