I slept on this place a little because of some “service” reviews. I can be a hard bargain when it comes to reviews. The “food” reviews are what beat me down though…& boy, am I glad that we went. I had the Fried Fish Sandwich (look at the size of that bad boy) that came w/Fries, but my belly was set on those Duck Fat Cheese Fries & my husband had two King Salmon Tacos. With this & a Kentucky Margarita & Coke later…I had to ask about a bed in the back! I was stuffed to perfection. The food was very tasty & the service was AWESOME! I don’t know the service issues of anyone else, but for us…I don’t believe we could have asked for a better server! Everyone was friendly & attentive. All total w/a well deserved tip..$63. This will definitely be one of our go to’s. IMO..I have to take some of those service reviews w/a grain of salt. Lol

Went here while visiting Lexington, SC and was not disappointed. I got the fish sandwich and my wife got the shrimp Po Boy, both meals were very good along with the service and prices. This restaurant bar and grill is a little off the beaten path but well worth the trip.

Had a busy Saturday and was finishing up cutting grass when I realized I didn’t have any plans for dinner. No issues though, because my brother recommended to my other brother who recommended me to try RF’s bang bang shrimp. So tasty! Terrible experience …. We arrived and just casually was told to pick a table ( which was fine ). Then we sat for 10 min waiting for someone …. Ordered duck fat fries … they were forgotten to be put in so that took about 15- 20 min to get them . When they came they were covered in grease , when we said something he told us that’s how they are and they spray the duck fat on them . The aoli was like a jelly fat in a cup . A few minutes later we got our food , my burger had bacon on it , he took it back and took it off … I stayed patient I still tried to eat it till I realized it was burnt on the bottom . My family I was with was not impressed with any of their food either . I was recommend this place by some regulars I know . Highly disappointed . And I understand people have bad days and I appreciated the man being nice … but bottom line I was hungry and after a hour I left $60 less and still hungry .

I have eaten at this place twice in the past 6 months. The food is good and the menu covers a lot of options. The atmosphere can be a little noisy as it is half bar and half restaurant in a small space usually there is a wait to get a table but there is always been plenty of seating at the bar. In the evenings they usually have someone playing the guitar and singing. The first time we went there was a man playing but he was Extremely Loud and had to shout over him to talk to my dinner company. Yesterday’s visit featured a young lady singing at a level more appropriate for the environment. As I stated earlier the food is good and there is plenty of it. The fried chicken sandwich it’s huge and there is more chicken than bun. The hamburgers are great especially the cowboy burger. My main hang up is the amount of time you have to wait to get served, get your food, and catch your waitress to finish up. Yesterday our food came out after an extended period of time and was semi warm and hot. The service was slow and we ended up having to flag down another waitress to get our bill taken care of. We left a much smaller tip due to this which is not something I do very often. Again I want to stress the menu is very good and the food I’ve had is delicious. The restaurant was also clean.

My wife got the bang bang shrimp tacos and loved them. My Cajun shrimp rice bowl was very filling, but ultimately bland. Lots of flavor in the shrimp, but as a whole it was slightly lackluster. We enjoyed our visit enough to likely return again, but I’ll be ordering something different next time.

Gotta say, when a restaurant does an outstanding job with food and service, I have to leave a review. Incredible food and service yesterday. Wide variety of food to choose from. I had the butter chicken with basmati rice and naan and it was delicious. Huge portion too. Kayla the bartender was attentive, funny and nice. Made me feel welcome the instant I sat down at the bar. Arif the owner came over to introduce himself and thank me for visiting his restaurant. I wanted to go back today for lunch but it’s New Year’s Day and they’re closed. Can’t wait for them to reopen so I can try something else on the menu

It’s a vibrant environment with friendly staff. Booths available and plenty of seating at a very long bar. Plenty to choose from on the menu plus they have specials so ask your server about the specials. Food came out promptly and was hot and delicious. Restaurant is clean throughout and the friendly staff is are very helpful. Expect large portions of food. Good job folk’s!

Unfortunately RFs has fallen victim to the lack of servers. We had a party of 5. We suffered just a little. But they did the best they could. I had the 8 traditional wings. They are huge. And very tasty. I recommend these. Also had cheese sticks. Pass on these.
