Had a burger here yesterday and it was very good. The restaurant is outdated, dark, slightly dingy, and not particularly clean. If the restaurant were cleaner and better cared for, the rating would be much higher because the food was good and the staff were nice.

Okay, so where do I begin? If you order a meal “to go” the owner doesn’t like if you decide to sit down and eat at the EMPTY establishment. Second, see the picture? That is 8 dollars worth of steak fingers. I guess the word finger was taken literally as it was the size of my actual finger. I got the half order meaning two measly pieces of under seasoned steak. Gravy was also tasteless. Fries were good, that’s about it. I will never frequent this joke of an establishment again. Save your money and go to macs because this place was beyond a disappointment.

My friend told me the burgers here were big, so I decided to see for myself. When I first walked in Twilight was playing on the T.V and I was like ah hell yeah, we’re eating inside. Lol Customer service was amazing. The girl at the cash register was very nice. I ordered a Green Chile Burger, the burgers are MASSIVE! I was so full I had to take the rest to go. My husband and I love this place.

I’ve been here many times. The food is generally very good. They have burgers, steak fingers, chicken fingers, hot dogs, tacos, burritos, and more. I’ve never heard anyone complain about their burgers. I tried the steak fingers once and was disappointed, but some people like them. The atmosphere is very local, dated, and cluttered, which is kind of fun and makes it stand out from chain restaurants. Or, depending on your viewpoint, you might just see it as old and junky. The service is quick. The guy always working the counter when I go is kind of gruff and seems to get annoyed easily, but he’s been working there a long time and he works hard to keep things moving efficiently so I just accept him as he is. It’s all part of the Rex’s experience as far as I’m concerned. One thing that does put me off at Rex’s is how frequently they just don’t have various menu items. I wanted a burrito a few weeks ago and they didn’t have them that day. One time I went in and they didn’t have anything from their menu but burgers. I once went two weeks in a row and their shake machine was broken down both times. So it’s very hit or miss as to what items they’ll have on any given day.

Bought the Hamburger platter and received 1 onion ring and the rest fries. Hamburger and Fries were good. Definitely need to work on adding more to the platter if they’re going to be priced up. This place definitely needs a additional worker.

Excellent burger. Made fresh and it was delicious and moist. The Fries where fresh out of the fryer and came with a nice hot onion ring on top. Will definitely make this a habit. Prices were very reasonable for the meal& drink. Nice atmosphere.
