I’ve gone three times in the past month and I love that there are new specials popping up. The first soup I had was an alligator bisque for mardi gras. I wasn’t crazy about the texture of the gator, but the soup was really flavorful. The white soup is the loaded potato which is always the bombdiggity comfort soup. And the last soup is their Hungarian mushroom which is so yummy and flavorful. I’ll probably get it this weekend too. They also have sandwiches, wraps, salads, quesadillas there too.

Wow! If you love soup even a fraction of how much I love soup, you will LOVE this local soup joint! Their menu changes everyday and they make all of their delicious and unique soups from scratch! They have a little something to offer anyone from the beefy, chili-type, meat lover, to a light, vegan, veggie-lover! I already knew I wanted to try something I never had before but if you happen to be into more “traditional” flavor soups and styles they have you covered as well!

My absolute favorite lunch spot in Charlottesville. The Peanut Tofu soup is a LIFE HACK.

Wanted to try something local. Glad we did. The steak and cheese was the best sandwich out of the three. The potato rosemary was smooth and flavorful. The other soups were good. The BLT is an easy classic. The only drawback was the Adam was turned into a wrapped and sadly was very dry.

My mom and I came here by recommendation and I am so glad we did!! I had the tomato basil bisque with grilled cheese combo and it was perfect! *chefs kiss*. Hope to come back and get something else next time.

Delightful lunch. As we descended into the restaurant, we were enveloped by the wonderful aromas. I wanted to try every single soup! We each got a sandwich and soup combo to try more of the offerings. Didn’t get a pic because we gobbled it up so quickly! Thai Peanut Tofu Soup and the Potato Rosemary Soup were stellar. Also enjoyed the mozz/basil wrap! Really love all the veggie/vegan options!

This place is a staple now. Every holiday we visit the folks in C’ville we make sure to hit Rev Soup. They were out of a couple soups Dec 2021 (due to supply chain yada yada).

They definitely know how to run a restaurant cause it’s very fast even when it’s packed and employees are kind and helpful. Buddha bowl is good, lots of fresh arugula, curried lamb soup is amazing and the apple butter and goat cheese sandwich is so goooood. Even brownies are great. Definitely a good bet if you’re short on time but want to eat quality food.

I went for the Spicy Peanut soup, but also went away with a quart of the Hungarian Mushroom Soup! It was amazing!!!!! It could also be used over pasta with broccoli. The curried chicken salad was delicious. It didn’t even require the dressing. Friendly staff and local art for sale at a reasonable price.
