We’re Revolution Barbeque and we’ve been a local barbecue restaurant here in Lafayette, IN, since 2020. We believe in quality food, offering southern-style BBQ, a family-friendly atmosphere, and a curated bourbon bar. We started out as a farmer’s market-type business with our bakery and progressively evolved into two separate entities as Revolution Barbeque and Sweet Revolution. We’re looking forward to growing our business to continue to serve Lafayette and the surrounding areas. The food here was really good. I got the Brisket and it was awesome, my Mac & cheese didn’t have the consistency that I like but it tasted fine. The cornbread was also very good. The coleslaw was good as well.

First time here at this place! There were lots of street parking around it. The place was very cute and clean. The service was great, everyone was super friendly. The chicken wings and pork belly appetizers were DELICIOUS. Please try the strawberry habanero bbq sauce it is amazing! I wish I could get a bottle of it!! I highly recommend them. We ordered the beef brisket and pulled pork plate. we felt that they were good but could be better, they felt slightly dry. I would definitely order the wings and pork belly apps again and will give this place a second try for next time!

5/30/2023 I brought my parents, or rather they brought me, to celebrate my birthday! Woo hoo! They are as taken with Revolution as I! What’s not to like??? This place is definitely my “go to” when wanting a great meal, good atmosphere, and amazing people who work here. Go Alexis! We got the “Revolution Platter.” So much food. Gotta love left overs!

One of my local favorites that delivers every time. Today I had the pulled pork plate with the Mac and cheese and seasoned tots. It was all excellent and I really enjoy the strawberry habanero sauce option. The staff are very helpful and respectful, and I will keep coming back for more.

I got some wings and the chicken plate with mac n cheese and tots as sides. It was so good! Very juicy, not dry at all, and I like that they have a wide range of barbecue sauces! Make sure to stop there for some amazing barbecue!

This is the best barbeque in town. We’ve tried a couple other places, but none of them ever have sides that taste good to accompany their meats. Revolution puts effort into both. The barbeque is good, and the sides are so tasty. They also carry desserts from the sister location Sweet Revolution, which in my opinion is the best bakery in town! My only complaint would be that their sauce selection is pretty weak.
