They have wooden straws Most the food is pretty good, but I had an omelette and it was just disgusting. It was supposed to have meat in it and I asked them if they could make it without meat but it was really bad because I think the meat was trying to hide the bad taste.

The food was delicious, our server was attentive and she made excellent recommendations. My problem? Two things. If you don’t order one of the very limited appetizer selections, you sit with nothing to munch on while waiting for your entre. No bread, crackers, nothing. Additionally valet parking was noted available in the reservation app we used. And we only found out when we asked for our car that we had to pay for it. We’ve eaten at several places in this area in Huntsville where valet parking was complimentary. I think if you’re going to have to pay for it, that should be made clear ahead of time.

Great atmosphere. The staff was more than friendly. We arrived on a freezing cold Christmas Eve night, after viewing the beautiful Christmas trees at big Spring Park. We were hungry and hoping for a place to relax, fill our bellies, and warm up a bit. We had both of our youngest children with us. They are ages 10 months and two years old. After seeing this restaurant was a bit upscale we decided we’d better not dine in with two sleepy babies already up past their bedtimes. I walked in to place a take-out order. The manager welcomed me to dine in. I was wearing my youngest baby in a baby carrier and I told the nice man we wouldn’t be dining in because we had two under two. He encouraged me to go ahead and come in and sit down and relax and enjoy dinner, he would provide a space where we would feel comfortable and the other guests and staff could continue on as normal and we wouldn’t hurt a soul. I felt he went above and beyond to welcome us. He sat us at a fabulous large table on the other side of the bar, away from other guests. We had a great window view and plenty of room for our double stroller that’s as big as a car, and our bags hats coats scarfs and such. The servers were amazing. The bartenders were hardworking, friendly, and made wonderful drinks. My children were very happy and entertained the entire time so everyone had a positive experience and we didn’t have to eat takeout from a box in our car because this amazing manager went above and beyond. We were provided with kids menus with pictures and crayons. The kids meals were affordable and tasted great. The steak frites was absolutely phenomenal. My halibut was good, but I must say the steak was actually better. The Chardonnay suggested to me was delectable and paired nicely with the halibut. We wanted to try the crème brûlée, but we were so stuffed we didn’t, but heard that it was very good. We will return.

It’s all about the vibes at this new restaurant. The atmosphere was warm and the host and servers were fantastic. The food presentation was spectacular but it fell short on the taste. Our main course dinner was under seasoned and bland. The greens were undercooked and sitting in a sea of sauce and mash potatoes. I asked my husband did he get mash potatoes and he said that it was mixed in with the sauce. It was not a pleasant experience to eat this meal. The dessert was good though. I was hoping for gluten free options too and they didn’t offer much. For breakfast the outdoor patio dining area is so cozy and beautiful but again the food was awful. I didn’t think a place this nice could mess up breakfast. The omelette was under seasoned and over cooked. I could barely find any cheese and the veggies inside was sparse. I expected so much more for the price we paid. Please tell the chef to season the food!

Went on a Sunday around 1pm. Had a reservation just in case. When we got there, there was no one there eating. We got worried. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Food times felt like they could have been faster with the low amount of customers. The food was fantastic though. We loved it. I definitely recommend this place!

Giving 3 Stars based on the awesome atmosphere and having a great waiter. Otherwise it would be lower based on the food. You could taste the oil in the fried green tomatoes, the shrimp in the shrimp and grits was super fishy, and my wife ordered a steak medium and it came out rare plus. The fries were really good and so was the chocolate cake. However, spending $100 for two people to eat – I expect the food to be top notch. Glad to have tried it, but it’s crossed off the list as far as repeat business goes.
