Service was good, we ordered several of the skewer dishes and they were tasty, think we preferred the chicken and the beef the best. The cuban pork meal was also delicious. The pork dumpling were good as well. Price wasn’t too crazy but isn’t inexpensive either. Value of the food was worth it though.

Went with a group of 10 family members. Service was pleasant and I like the restaurant’s atmosphere. Everyone’s food was great except for myself and one other who decided to get the smoked brisket panini. Extremely disappointing. All you get is two and a half thin strips of brisket that look and taste like bacon. Not worth the $16+ you pay for it. Didn’t even eat the other half and here is a picture of it after I got home. We’ll be back again, but will not be getting the brisket. My wife got the southwest smoked chicken sandwich and that was excellent. Appetizers were all great as well.

This was a first time here. Recommended by a couple different friends. Came for anniversary. Had pork potstickers, tandoori chicken and Jamaican steak. All were really good. Our waitress Alexa was amazing, friendly, courteous, attentive. Will definitely be returning to try other things on the menu!

Please keep the tofu steaks!!! We drove two hours just to try them and they were incredible. I was born and raised in Bay City, moved away years ago. I brought my boyfriend here and I’ve never had food like this in B.C. Well worth the price.

Unique bar/restaurant with a diverse menu. Our group was able to sit outside and enjoy the patio. Service was quick and the waitstaff were friendly. We enjoyed the bacon buffalo dip as an appetizer, the Moroccan Lamb, Grilled Cheese, and Pork Potstickers for dinner. All of the drinks were strong and tasty. Will definitely be back to try other menu items.

We’ve been to Retro Rocks on Saginaw Street many times now – literally every time every thing about the experience has been outstanding. From the skewers to the sandwiches to other meals – the food has been consistently great, the service has been good, and they make a great drink (love a good Old Fashioned). Highly recommend if you’re in the area.

Excellent experience. We went for dinner, service was great – friendly and attentive. Food was really good as well. I had a special – Korean poke on pita chips which was SO GOOD. My husband had the jerk flank steak which was also very tasty. We had the goat cheese roasted red pepper and bruschetta apps which were also very good. Would def go back!
