We had a great experience here. We stopped in because we had never tried food from El Salvador before. And it was good! Similar to Mexican food but with its own unique flair. We tried the pupusas and sopes (pictured). It’s clearly a family owned restaurant so felt very homey.

My wife and I stopped by on her birthday for lunch. Everything was delicious. I ordered the pcc plate and it was delicious. The hot sauce on the table was very good and hot. You can tell home cooking and that’s some of the best i’ve had in a long time.

Wow! Amazing food and very friendly service. To start the salsa was very flavorful, so good that we got a container to go. The papusas were delicious and left me wondering where I can find loroco to include in my cooking. We also tried chicken breast topped with poblano pepper. The chicken was flavorful and moist, and the poblano was perfect. I usually hate rice served in Mexican restaurants but this was very flavorful with a little carrot, celery and onion cooked in a chicken broth. My only regret is that we were not in a large group so that we could have tried more dishes like cassava and chicarones. I saw 6 people come in and order without looking at a menu, only having a conversation with the waitress/cook. This place is the real deal.

Went here after a long day of driving and hiking and it was absolutely amazing. Excellent service and prices. I’m not familiar with Salvadorian cuisine but felt the arroz, pollo, and piña made a delicious combo. And omg. It IS. IT IS SO GOOD! It’s like a creamy chicken and rice with added savory/sweetness. I highly recommend!!! I usually can’t finish a plate at a restaurant, but oh boy, I finished this dish clean lol
