I have lived in Honduras for over 8 years. I always visit TN every 6 months. When I heard that there was a new Honduran restaurant I was so excited but also very skeptical. I was afraid it would not live up to my expectations. The service was amazing. The staff was friendly and fun. The food tastes just like it does in Honduras. They exceeded my expectations. I would recommend anyone to give it a try!

The food is unique and delicious! Be sure to try this little gem of a restaurant soon. The pollo con tajadas is a remarkable (and large) dish of chicken, vegetables and plantains, completely different from what you’ll find elsewhere in town. The tacos are wonderful, too.

The baleadas are so delicious! Get the amazing Honduran food. They make simple Mexican things but you don’t go to an Italian restaurant to eat British fish ‘n chips, even tho the two countries are near each other.

Can’t share photos because we dug in too quickly. We seriously loved this restaurant and were beyond impressed. We ordered the pupusas and they were so delicious, the sauce they pairs it with was perfect. We also ordered the Pollo con Tajadas and wow-one of the most interesting and best flavored meals I’ve had in JC. Our town is lucky to have this spot and we highly recommend!
