Looks can be deceiving, from the outside doesn’t match what you will find inside. The atmosphere was amazing the food was amazing. Great space for gathering. Family oriented restaurant although they did not have a kids menu that can entertain kids like other restaurants. May be on the pricier side then you’re in-and-out Dominican restaurants. One thing I will recommend is like a free appetizer while waiting for your food . The restaurant itself was super clean. We’ll come again.

The strawberry lemonade was delicious tasted fresh , all the food actually tasted fresh we ordered 5 dishes and everyone was food and flavorful . Definitely recommend and they brought everything out within 15 minutes of ordering

We had the shrimp mofongo and the grilled octopus with mofongo. Both dishes were very good. Food came out pretty quickly, we went around 6pm on a Saturday. It’s BYOB. We’d definitely go back!

It is extremely overprized. I was charged $12 for a very small container of calamari, This happened about two weeks ago I decided to give the restaurant another try. I ordered today Alcapurrias. One order was $8.50 for 2 very skinny/tiny pieces and I was charged $4 for a store brand seltzer can . A box of 12 is less than $4 . I paid before I saw what I was being provided and I was on my break . This is the reason why I didn’t say anything. But definitely over prized. Do not Recommend! take the ride to Allentown. Pictures below of what I paid for.

I really wanted to like this restaurant. The waitress was lovely and provided very good service. We were there on a 90-degree day. The AC was set to a very warm temperature and she was unable to adjust it. Other than that, the atmosphere was fine. I ordered red snapper and my friend had chicken. Both were overcooked, unfortunately. However, the flan was very good. I would like to see this place succeed, and maybe it was an off night, but I doubt I will be back. Although there was the flan… so maybe just for dessert!

Love the Journey
Food was very good and flavorful. Date night with the Hubby. I truly enjoyed my meal. Had the Skirt steak was super delish and a side of Vegetable rice made with fresh vegetables and the soup was pretty good as well. Hubby loved his food too. It’s definitely worth the trip =)
