Fabulous food and ambiance! Friendly service and the food actually came exceptionally fast! Definitely worth stopping in if you can and want to spoil yourself for the evening. It’s located within 7 falls Park so make sure you get proper park entry! Loved being able to walk around and check the falls out before and after!

There are some lower reviews on here, but you have to know what you are getting into when it comes to this restaurant. This is a restaurant for the Seven Falls guests primarily. I suggest going to the Falls first in the morning then stopping in for lunch. The food was everything I would expect for a restaurant of this caliber. They had a great selection of cocktails and appetizers. It looked like the onion rings were the biggest hit the day we were there. For your main course the Ultimate Mac and Cheese was hard to beat. Pictured are the Cast Iron Classic Red Trout, the Ultimate Mac and Cheese, Prospector Burger, Fried Vidalia Onion Rings, Sparkling Raspberry Limeade, Blueberry Whiskey Fizz.

The reason why I rate this place a 2 star is because you have to pay $18 per person to get through the gates, $4 per person to take the tram up to the restaurant (unless you want to walk what appears to be a mile up a vertical incline), and when you get your check they inform you of the automatic 20% surcharge. If your feeling generous they have a line for a discretionary tip on top of the 20%. You will also have to park about 10 minutes away to take a shuttle to the gate. You are looking at a good 30 minutes to an hour to get a shuttle back to your vehicle because the line is so long. The food was good but not worth going. Stay far away from this place unless you like to throw money away and waste your day away.

Getting to and from the restaurant was a total of 2 hours. Getting there we took a bus from the parking lot, then took a tram and the wait was about 20 mins each. They told us to park about 45 mins before our reservation but I don’t think that they planned for a Sunday/Father’s Day, the park was very busy. Getting home was about a 60min wait for the bus just to get back to our cars :/ we should have just Ubered! Be prepared 🙂 the food was good however My husband got the $50 plate of Duck and it only came with 2 slices of Duck!!!! We had to share our meals with him to make sure he had enough to eat. Reynard was our waiter and he was AWESOME. I was just disappointed in the transportation. I felt like there should have been a special transport for the restaurant and definitely a better portion size on a $50 plate.

Very disappointed in their service! We were there when it was raining and hailing. Total of 5 people in our party with two toddlers. When to get a table one of the workers was about too seat us and another individual came and said it was going to be 2 and a half hours. Made no sense since we were just about to get seated. We left waited out side for the rain to settle and notice multiple large groups go in and get seated immediately. Felt that they were very selective on who they seated.

Food was great!! Service & hospitality were mediocre at best, which was super disappointing considering the Broadmoor has it attached to their brand.
