Waitress friendly and attentive! We waited for more than 1 1/2 + hrs for a simple thin crust pizza. It wasn’t warm and we were not charged for it. Other ppl came in after us and ordered other items off the menu and were served before us. The glass of water that I got was served in a glass that had not been thoroughly rinsed to get the Clorox or disinfectant used in the water as the water tasted like pure Clorox which caused me not to feel well. Our last trip in about 2yrs ago was a similar experience. My husband grew up on Renucci’s pizza and talks about good they were…we would come more often, but not sure we will come again. I realize it is hard to get help, but maybe the menu should be limited to help everyone.

An Ionia Legend! Never been disappointed here… Good food, nice atmosphere for a neighborhood bar and a great place to meet people at. Wonderful place to gather for small parties. Been coming here for over 45 years!

They were fast and the food was excellent, my Stromboli was a little undercooked but the flavor was exquisite, the pizza sauce tasted great and reminded me of an old school pizza joint back in flint called Sicily’s but it has sadly been closed for some time. I will have to try the pizza next time.

Terrible. Bbq wings were drenched in sauce. Soon as I walked in it got very quiet and I was given various dirty looks, as I am not from Ionia. Waitress/bartender was sweet, but everything else was terrible.

This place has gotten better over time for sure and I’m assuming it’s due to some staff changes. Brooke Smith is probably the best server I’ve ever had. Very attentive and sweet. Always feel like a priority when she is serving us and she always seems to be in a great mood. Food is actually pretty good with good sized portions. The atmosphere is very chill and clean.
