We dined here specifically because of the gluten free options available. There are many GF options to choose from because most pasta dishes you can substitute with GF pasta. My pasta was very good, need a bit of salt & pepper but once I added it was perfect.

Saturday lunch 2-7-23 we noticed the cook, waiter, and busboy were all the same person. I’m guessing staffing problem for slower lunchtimes. Unfortunately this made for a long wait time, no bread, and cold sides.

Ate out on the patio, a nice evening! My wife got the lasagna-most excellent. I got the veal shank. Tender, but had a taste that was a bit off for me, like allspice in it?? The accompanying pasta sauce/spaghetti was good. The Lasagna was the winner! Bread was excellent. Wine corkage was only $19, so we brought a nice Chianti. We were sent away with a very tasty cannoli since it was our first visit. Juan did a great job as waiter.

Host was also the waiter and busboy. Food was unseasoned and bland. He was nice, but poor guy having to carry the entire weight of the place. Salad was small. Rigatoni watery. Picatta unseasoned. Will not be coming back. Sorry I hate to leave poor reviews but this is one of the more disappointing dining experiences I have had in years.

I hate to admit it, this was our very first time here, thanks to a recommendation from our friends Ray and Dolores Flores, who are regulars there. And So glad we agreed to come for dinner. I had their seafood stew and my wife had the Angel pasta with sausage. We LOVED IT! And the homemade Tiramisu was amazing!! We will be back!!
