Great job on the breakfast bowl. Too much salt. And please stop cooking pork bacon on the skillet with Turkey bacon. I don’t want pork grease on my bacon. Eggs, don’t cook in oil, non stick pan please.

Reid’s makes the best breakfast burrito in Charlotte. I work uptown and this is mine and my coworkers favorite spot to eat if we can get away from the desk for a moment. It only costs about $7 and they pack it full of avocado.

Got a bagel to go this morning. Only my second time and the first was very nice. This time I got a day old (the interior was dried out), burnt bit of dough. I don’t get my bagels toasted, and it’s hard to pass an old bagel as fresh if it’s not. Check your food carefully before you accept your to go order to make sure it’s what you think you’re getting

We ordered some coffees and picked up some snacks to go. Coffee drinks were great-priced similarly to Starbucks with equal, if not better, quality. Building entryway is beautiful so it’s worth checking out.

Checked out the new uptown Location today. Order was completely wrong but didn’t realize until I got back to my office – no portobello, no roated peppers, no spinach, no cucumber, nothing spicy… instead romaine, tomatoes, cheddar cheese (?!), and loaded down with red onions, yuk. Don’t have time to go back to get it corrected. You’d think for a $9 wrap they’d put a little more consideration into their work…

We had the pleasure of working with Reid’s fabricating their beautiful store-front blade sign for their newest Uptown location! Excellent B2B transaction!

Maybe I can get someone’s attention if I post an accurate review. There is no way to reach any one working. Two days in a row we have had our orders shorted – they collect the money, but don’t deliver the food. I’ve tried to call, email, and go through ChowNow which is another joke of a business. Reid’s used to be a high-quality eatery – you have fallen from grace. You are one of the worst restaurants to deal with in the City of Charlotte.

Initially a bit disappointed in this place because of the price range ( My personal budget can’t afford $8.50 sandwiches with chips and drink priced on top) BUT I’ve had a change of heart! After a little exploring I found the ready made cold foods are very reasonably priced given the quantity especially in Uptown. Fresh fruit cup with assorted berries $2.10 + tax !!?? I think I’ll have two. They have very upbeat and friendly service and the food quality is worth the price. ( No soggy berries yet!) A place worth a stop for a quick bite! Thanks Reid’s!
