This is now my 3rd time back and there will be plenty more coming. The food very good and consistent. The jerk chicken is so tender and so well seasoned. The oxtail very flavorful and so is the rice and peas. And that sweet sauce that comes with the jerk chicken if you ask for it is so so so good. I’m hooked. This is now officially my go too spot. I know they just opened up recently but this is the best tasting Jamaican food spot on this side of Hempstead hands down. Keep it up guys. And for the cooks, don’t stop never stop.

At first I was sceptical because they didn’t have many reviews but then I found out that this business opened only 4th weeks ago. Their service is very quick, uniform and professional even though they’re so new and small. This place is not a food chain, it’s a small black owned business. Food is definitely on point. Came here for lunch and absolutely HAD TO come back for dinner. I recommend the jerk salmon, but it’s super popular so it runs out fast! Definitely recommend this place over Jamaican Dutch Pot.

Would 100% recommend this place. I’ve tried rasta pastas near me and have never been satisfied. I would have to drive to Brooklyn to get quality pasta. And the jerk chicken is tender & flavorful not dry at all.

When I tellll you finger licking good. I mean it, I ordered 2 mild beef patty’s – 4 pc jerk bbq wings – md oxtail with peas and rice cabbage and dumplings… I inhaled everything I could before I started getting full. The wings fell right off with just the right amount of sauce on it, the beef pattys had a hint of this coco breadness -never had that before- AND the main course set it right off. Oxtail was oxtailingggg, cabbage was cooked to perfection with that little crunch to it, dumpling like how my old neighbor use to make it. Food brought back memories and I enjoyed every bit of it.

This place is a hidden gem! This place is like a breath of fresh air in customer service. My mom and I stumbled across it while I was visiting from Virginia for business matter. The food has such a clean taste to it. Not overly greasy, salty or extremely spicy. The young lady upfront was so pleasant. Felt like the treatment I received in the resort when visiting Jamaica few years back. She let us try the gravy for the salmon because I was curious about the amount of pepper-not overly spicy fan. We ordered the salmon, festival and beef patties. The salmon was not dry. The rice and beans we opted for the oxtail gravy on it and wished we had ordered an oxtail dish because it was D-lecious. BTW-they are NOT stingy with their food! We will be returning and try a different dish. Please Reggae Cuisine keep up good work!
