I went there Saturday night after my love’s bday celebration. I guess Saturday’s are busy for them…We were not informed. My group had drinks, ordered food, it was a musky burger and the driest bfl chix wrap. Customer Sevice was non existent..Manager didnt want to resolve my issue ” free meal “. Go somewhere else if youre waiting to bowl!

Kept Secret In SW. Off the beaten path of the route 5 corridor. The happy hour discounts on the apps is great. The quesadilla with chicken upgrade was chocked full of meat and goodies. The draft beer selection is great and the Mayflower New World IPA is stellar. Rebecca is a great server and did the most important follow-up which is lost on most others.

Terrible experience today. You seat yourself and then although there was only one other table , it took 15 mins to get acknowledged. It took another 10 to get drinks and order. When they brought it out they brought 1 appetizer and 3 of 6 meals. We had a second server after that even though our waitress was still there. Mind you there was still only one table. The second server asked if we were all set when food was brought to us and we told him we were missing an appetizer and 3 meals. He apologized and said he just got there. They brought us the wrong drink refills as well. They included and 18% gratuity charge in my bill and when I was paying still expect another tip on top. Food was subpar very similar to fast food quality . With service this terrible with an empty restaurant I can only imagine what it’s like busy. I do not recommend this place at all. Next time we visit nomads , I’ll just use the snack bar. Food is just as good and service is quicker and cheaper.

Went there very recently,the band was great. Service was horrible. Takes at least 15-20 minutes to get a drink or soda. Your food forget it. Went to the bar to get a pitcher of beer and the bartender turned her back and walked away. She looked like she was high on something. She reminded me of a pill freak. Money all over the bar and moving slow as hell. I would highly recommend employee drug testing. Was not very happy at all

Terrible experience. Food is sub par and service is even worse. I was there with a party of six, it took over 20 mins before I got up and asked if we had a server before someone came over. The bartenders are more interested in socializing than serving drinks and rude when you are acknowledged and on a Saturday night all I saw was one server. We ordered apps and meals and the apps came out pretty quick and were ok. The meals however came out in waves after an hour and 5 of the 6 of us got food. I was told my meal would be another 3 mins and when I did get food it was an app we had already received! I finally got my meal after speaking with a “manager” and expressing my dissatisfaction with the place. I asked for a take home container with the food as everyone else in my party was done. The manager did take off all of our drinks and 2 of the meals which was a good move on her part and was appreciated. Do yourself a favor and stay away unless you want really poor service and lackluster food.

The food is great, but I’ve never had worse service in my entire life. One of our friends never even got their meal, and the staff didn’t care. We had to hunt the staff down to get refills, and then we still did not get them. The staff had a terrible attitude. And magically after one of my friends in our group visited here and paid with a card, their card number was stolen and bank account was emptied .

Laser tag was fun although parties have priority and after starting a game with two dozen people we were forced to leave only two minutes into the game so that the party could play their game and we would have to wait another 45 minutes to play after having waited an hour to play already. After games and laser tag we went to reds tavern for dinner. There was six of us. After being seated nicely we waited over 15 minutes to get our food order in, mind you there was nobody else in the restaurant. After ordering food and some beer it took five minutes to get the beer alone. There was no refill service on waters until about 20 minutes of waiting. After an hour we finally got our food. Four out of six of us got our food at the same time. We never received our salad and had to wait ten more minutes for a panini after the four entrees came out. Half the food was cold and half the food was warm. One order was a completely wrong order and not what we ordered at all. Waitress never checked on us to see how everything was until the panini came out and we had to remind her about a salad that never showed. She said it would be right out and it never came. We refused to pay for anything at all as everything was all over the place. Between service and food I’d have to give it less than 1 star. Games and activities are fun. I’d stay away from the restaurant unless planning on just getting a drink at the bar. It was a shame that such a nice looking place couldn’t provide a perfect ending to our perfectly fun day. The only plus side was that they comped our entire bill and the manager apologized for everything and said that they were short staffed. No excuse considering we were 1 of 3 tables in the whole restaurant. PLEASE WORK ON YOUR SERVICE!
