Great diner vibes, the food came out hot and it came out quick. Menu was small but everything tasted good. Nice place to sit down and enjoy a meal.

Food here is mediocre at best. What sells this place is the atmosphere. Modeled after an actual diner where Dolly Parton grew up in there are signs depicting the history of Sevierville which was the town she grew up in.

For quick theme park food, not great, not terrible. The plus is that you have a fixins bar and the pickles were tasty… so for $14 you can get a cheeseburger, fries and make a nice salad…

Food came out fresh & hot. They have a station for toppings. Which was very clean. The employees tried their best to wipe the tables off before someone else sat down. With the volume of customers I was impressed by this. It was nice to be able to fill my water bottle up with ice & water at no charge especially since it was so hot. That’s the only way I can get my granddaughter to drink water with a lot of ice. The lady that took our order was so nice. The only downside is all burgers are priced with cheese. We don’t do cheese.

Food is decent, but it is definitely overpriced. That is kind of the case all around the park. Theme parks are notorious for fleecing you inside the park. This is no different. It is a solid choice in the park though if you are looking for food! I do like the old-timey diner atmosphere!!! It is nice to be nostalgic sometimes!!!

Out of all the places I. Dollywood, probably not the best place to eat. Limited menu, especially for those who can’t eat beef (I was with a group and the group chose this, all other places were a bit busier than here). They had 2 choices for non-beef items, a wrap and a salad. The salad was decent, although I don’t think they made it fresh for that day. It was your typical Cesar salad (which it wasn’t even called that on the menu, which was confusing). Staff was just ok and probably the most mediocre of all the park. The inside was at least clean and kept decent. All in all, while I loved Dollywood, I doubt I’d come back here

Amazing atmosphere but the burgers were just gross. They tasted frozen, old , and dried out. Way to expensive for what we got

Whenever we take the grands to Dollywood, this is where they want to eat. The burgers and fries are good. They used to have really good hotdogs but, for some reason, discontinued those.

Foods pretty pricey but expected at a theme park. It’s was 42 dollars for two burgers and cheese fries and two drinks. But it was pretty good honestly

Worst place to eat in the park. Lisa was the first and only staff member that I encountered to be rude. She was very cold, and unkind. Made the atmosphere down. Other workers seemed to be nice, I wish we got them as cashier. The food is mid and not worth going.
