We went to celebrate a birthday. There were 12 of us, so a lot for a server. Our server, Gabriella, was wonderful. She was the only server in the restaurant. Half of our party received their food much faster than the other so they were done eating by the time the rest of the party started eating. This was not our server’s fault. She did everything she could to make us and the other diners happy.

My husband and I stopped in for a late lunch (approximately 3pm) and there were only (2) other people there. We each ordered the baked chicken with two vegetables. After a unusually long 30 minute wait, we were served chicken wings and our vegetable choices. Upon serving the food, the waitress told us that the restaurant was out of the baked chicken. Our response was that we did not order chicken wings and would not accept the meal. Additionally, we were never told that the baked chicken was not available. We just walked out and will not be back. Diners Beware! If you choose to eat at Red’s, be sure to double check your order with the waitress several times before the food is served to ensure your item is actually available!

The place was doing too much. They had a little comedy show here. I guess they didn’t expect it to be as crowded as it was. There are no tables, and they sold more tickets than anything. Nobody even checked for tickets or security. It was just a mess. I felt so bad for the staff, I’m sure they didn’t know what to expect as well. They really tired their hardest to please and take care of everyone. Overall, it’s not a bad place. Just be aware of the type of event you are going here for.
