This is the best hidden gem in Brevard. Some real deal southern Bbq. Everything is made scratch, sauces, sides, everything. I recommend the ribs and brisket. But don’t sleep on the pork or chicken either. The sides are amazing. I usually get collards and okra, but everything is so tasty, you can tell it’s made with love, sweet smokey love.

Love this BBQ shack!! Seriously, THE BEST BRISKET IN THE AREA!! Not only that, his cornbread is the best I have had..anywhere. it’s like a corncake!! Go on and get you some. Even better, throw in your order, head to the humane society store! And get your order when you’re done there.

Highly recommended! Two nights Cocoa beach two times dinner @ red wagon bbq! Ribs awesome (massive flavour, tender, juicy) loved the collards and slaw. Brisket, chicken, pork yummmmies! Friendly owners, fair prices. Mate these two guys know their business.

I’ve had both the Ribs and Brisket. Excellent! Try the mustard sauce! The Brisket was the best I’ve had in a long time. Melts in your mouth. And, fried Okra, all time favorite. If, you’re on M.I. stop in and give it a try.

I’ve eaten bbq all over the country and this is in the top 10% for sure. A must-try. The meat is tender, the bark runs deep, the sauces are on point, the portions are generous. A gem worth a quick bite or a full on day trip to enjoy!

10/10!!! I had stopped to get gas on my way back to Orlando, and the smell of bbq got me! Being a Bama girl I have to check out all the spots. 20 years living in Florida, this is some of the best bbq we have tasted. The kids loved all the sides, especially the beans and Mac n cheese. Brisket was on point! I can’t wait to work in Merritt Island again so I can stop back by and get more!

The owners are so friendly and the menu is so simple. Honestly, a simple menu is under appreciated these days. Their prices for portion is absolutely the best deal in the area without compromising quality either. I’ve tried other highly-rated BBQ in the area and this one is by far the best overall. I just hope one day this wagon becomes a restaurant because I would love to sit and enjoy the meal right then and there.

Literally the BEST bbq I have ever had. One of my top 5 favorite Spots to absolutely justenjoy a birst of flavor in every bite. From the Ribs, chicken, pulled pork, and brisket. THE TEXAS TOAST!!! Grab a Freddie bowl and get it with mac and cheese and bbq baked beans. I promise you wont regret it.
