I will always support local, however, my experience at Red Top was horrible. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and the chicken was literally half the size of the bun. When I called to ask for a refund or new sandwich, I was told there was nothing they could do because I had already touched it. The general manager said there was absolutely nothing they can do because of “policy” so if you notice something wrong, you’re S.O.L. because you already touched it. How would anyone know if something was wrong with their food without handling it??? They must be reselling these sandwiches. Extremely disappointed in Red Top’s professionalism and based on their responses on other reviews they obviously don’t care about their customers. Go to Dairy Bar instead.

This was NOT worth $12.. not even including a drink. Fries were still frozen and gave you the size of a kids fry. The steak finger were hard and cold. Pathetic.

I was on the phone with my friend when I made my order of double burger, no onions, with mayo, no mustard, and no cheese. There was all that stuff so I called the store and they said I didn’t ask to take any of that stuff off. I asked my friend who I was on the phone with and he said I did. I argued with the lady who said was the general manager and she refused to fix it or give my money back. The lady from yesterday was far better then this lady in every possible way. I am deathly allergic to cheese, the other stuff makes me deadly sick and she still refused to give me a refund or remake my burger. I will never come back here again!

The place was clean, the girl with the braces was nice. But that food, that food wasn’t it. I was expecting OLD SCHOOL, MAMA IN THE KITCHEN MAKING MEAT PATTIES. Nope, that’s not what it was. Frozen meat, no seasoning, like not even salt. I was disappointed with food’s taste, quality, & the price. Damn near $30. The reviews hyped this place & my dang ol expectations.

Very disappointed. I had the taco salad which was more like a order of nachos with hardly any ground beef, sprinkle le of cheese and lettuce and tomatoes. Tje medium fries looked like a child’s order instead of a medium and it was not cooked very well. Sorry but my order looked sad.

not worth the wait. their card machine was down but they decided not to tell us until about 15 minutes after we placed an order. we came back to wait 15 more minutes for our order. the car that got there after us got their food at the same time. shouldnt our food have been ready after 15 minutes of waiting the first time?

I ordered food for my family and I and we all got meals with drinks and fries or onion rings and total was pretty high which for the quality of the food and taste it is not worth at all in my family and my opinion. My family was not satisfied with the food, and didn’t really like it. But others might enjoy it. We will not return here again.

Really good home made taste!! The place is super clean with clean restrooms. Burgers are great and better than the fast food chains. The pickle fries are so good too! Burrito deluxe is great! Worth the price! Staff is super friendly!! Great Gem!!!
