I drive past this truck more times than I can count and I always wanted to try it. Then I saw them featured on some foodie channel and thought what the heck. The meat was under seasoned, as was the consommé; which you pay extra for. If I’m not mistaken you shouldn’t because it comes with it or else it just regular tacos. It’s definitely not the hype that everyone is making it out to be, but it isn’t complete trash either. I say try it at least once.

What a great truck this is… I got the steak tacos combo and it was only 10 bucks. I got a nice view while I waited for my food it was relaxing . The ladies where nice as well thank you guys good job.

I literally drive from the other side of town for this Birria. There are Birria trucks in my own neighborhood but I don’t trust them like I trust this one. The food is seasoned and always super fresh (made to order). The owner is kind, down to earth and has a very positive disposition about everything lol. The truck is clean inside and the outside matches. Go and try it for yourself. The instagram photos alone should send you to this place.

I think most of give these independent taco trucks a chance with the hope that what we’ll receive is a quality, more authentic product. Unfortunately this for me did not meet this mark. It’s just unremarkable in every way, and I’m pretty sure these are canned beans in here. Kinda makes you wonder why go into business if it’s not because you have something great to sell? Does the world really need more mediocre mexican food??

Absolutely Delicious! I was in Vegas for my birthday and looked up #vegasfood on Instagram and this place popped up. The customer service was great and the birria tacos w/ consome was delicious. We went back for two more tacos because five wasn’t enough . Thank you, we’ll be back for sure.

Tried it after I had an interview in the mall and thought I did really bad, I ordered the queso Taco and by far the best thing I’ve had in a long time. They were very quick and had it out to me in under 5 mins. They were very appreciative of me coming and trying it out and they definitely know how to make some bomb tasting food. I checked this spot out and tried both the quesabirria and tacobirria. Both lacked flavor and the broth meat (birria) barely had any flavor. Tasted plain with beef flavoring I was a bit disappointed. It was decent but sad to say it didn’t meet up to par with the traditional birria flavoring.

This is the best place to find good authentic Mexican birria. The flavor and quality of the food is amazing good serve plates. The birria chilaquiles at the new location are simply delicious never tried anything like it must try along with a sangria perfect pair.
