Great pizza, great prices, excellent service! I’ve been wanting to catch this truck at work for a while now, but their schedule didn’t line up with our lunch group’s schedule for several weeks. So worth the wait 🙂 thin crust is delicious, toppings (I had the veggie pizza, others had mushroom and one other) are generous, everything is tastily handcrafted (rapidly) while you wait. Can’t wait to come back and try some other pizzas

For my daughter’s wedding we were looking for a wood fired pizza truck. The ones we loved weren’t available and we booked Red Stone Pizza Truck sight unseen. I ran into them later at a food truck festival, introduced myself, and they gave me pizza to try—it was amazing and I breathed a sigh of relief that we chose wisely. Fast forward to June 17, day of wedding, and I was nervous—would people have to wait too long for pizza, did we choose types people would enjoy? Would the bacon wrapped scallops be a hit or miss (you know how that goes). Happy to say that everything was a hit! Jessica was easy to work with and the team there that day was wonderful! No one ever had to wait for pizza, they served it up and had another hot one ready to go. Everyone was so nice and customer service was some of the best I’ve experienced! I had several people tell me how good the pizza was and some even said it was the best pizza they’d ever had! Some said it was the best wedding food they’d ever had! (Even the bacon wrapped scallops were amazing!) I would recommend Red Stone for your food truck or catering needs! Thank you for running things so smoothly and making my daughters day special!!

The Red Stone Pizza Truck happened to be in front of The Wayward on Ludlow St. when I was looking for a quick lunch. I’m so glad I ran across it. I decided to try something different from my usual pizza order of Margherita that I get everywhere just to be safe. I got the Pear personal 10” pizza. It was the perfect amount for a single person for lunch. The crust was thin and crispy which I love. It wasn’t too heavy for midday and it was sweet and refreshing. I’ve never had pear on a pizza, but it perfectly complimented the richness of the cheese, fresh herbs, and sweetness of the honey. It was ready shortly and hot when I got back home.

We Hired Red Stone Pizza Truck for our wedding on 9/10/2022. We worked with Jessica with all the details and planning. She was great with communication and emailing within 24 hours. The truck was amazing and added a nice surprise to our guests for our after party. The truck offered 5 different pizzas for our event and even gave togo boxes for our guests. The pizza was hot and delicious! Great staff and experience. We plan to use again!!!

We hired Red Stone to cater our wedding. Our wedding venue (White Chimneys) had a special location for the truck to set up. Jessica and her team provided the most delicious appetizers, salads, and pizzas all well being flexible and accommodating. She responded promptly to any questions I had and I cannot thank her team enough for making our day perfect. I think some of my guests were skeptical when they found out we were having a pizza truck cater our wedding, but after trying all the food from Red Stone, they were all amazed and numerous people have told us it was their favorite thing about our wedding.
