Absolutely delicious! Was easily one of the best meals we’ve ever had, especially the Ahi.

Had the most fabulous dinner! Loved the scallop appetizer, the mahi, and the cane fire roll! They were delicious!! Kale salad underdressed and tough. Cocktails were also delicious and bar tender very engaging and friendly! Noah our server was delightful. He made recommendations and timed everything perfectly! He also shared a bit of history of Kauai. We did not feel rushed. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday. He was greeted and wished a happy birthday by Sue who made our reservation earlier that day. A special dessert was presented after our dinner. It was the best dinner experience we’ve had in months!!! Highly recommend!!

We had a lovely meal here and absolutely outstanding service. At one point, I looked up and realized we hadn’t seen the server in a while, and almost immediately she came by, apologized for the wait, and explained that another table was demanding more of her attention than usual. She even offered us a complementary dessert for the trouble. It was greatly appreciated, but not necessary at all. We hardly noticed the wait, but we did notice the good hospitality of her and the rest of the staff. The people here are something special.

Good food. But not great. Don’t get me wrong — tasty. But not at the level one would expect for the prices. $30 for sushi rolls. $14 for 2 pc nigiri. Steak was well prepared. And I got the octopus and scallops. Also good but nothing that met the hype of this place. Atmosphere doesn’t help. Basically a breakfast place converted to dinner after 5 pm. Think fancy Dennys. For this price, stick to places closer to Koloa — Dolphin, Table, etc.

Best restaurant on the island. Dishes are beautifully prepared. Cocktails are consistent, and they use premium liquor in all their cocktails, not sacrificing on taste. It is the most expensive restaurant on the island, but it’s justified by presentation, quality, taste, and service. If you want to splurge on vacation, this is the place.

By far the best restaurant in the whole Hawaii state .!!!

Ate here multiple times while staying at the resort and never got tired of it! Delicious options for all times of the day. The dinner was delectable with a romantic ambiance. Great portions, really good service. Nick was our server for dinner and was very friendly, quick service, knowledgeable of dishes and described every piece of the dish as he brought it to us. Highly recommend the ahi bruschetta appetizer – best bruschetta I’ve had. All of the dishes were done to perfection! Pictures include… lobster Benedict, avocado toast, loco moco, filet mignon, nut and seed crusted Mahi, ahi bruschetta, and a smoked old fashioned. We’ll be coming back for more!

I visited the Red Salt everyday for breakfast and 3 times for dinner while I was staying at the Koa Kea Resort. During breakfast the guests have a good variety of a-la-carte options to chose from. The service during the breakfast is really good and everything is very fast. I see some optimization potential for the scrambled eggs and omlettes but the other food is good.

We went to Red Salt for a company dinner. It was a large group and our waitress was wonderful. We were all served in a very timely manor and the food was wonderful. The staff was very accommodating to our group and quickly refilled waters and made sure our needs were met.
