Came from 30 min away to try out Red Rose simply because I buy their sauce at the grocery store! It did not disappoint! Everything was absolutely delicious. The house salad to start was perfectly mixed and the dressing was really good. Meatballs, garlic bread and fried calamari were all fantastic! The pepperoni pizza was my favorite…Nice fluffy crust but overall thin and crispy on the bottom. Definitely a must go!!

Wow! My family visited Red Rose last night and had a wonderful meal. I ordered the veal parmigiana (which I split with my dad the portions are HUGE) and my husband ordered pizza and wings. I tried the pizza and it was excellent. Great sauce with thin slices of garlic. The dining room was crowded and loud, but that just added to the family atmosphere and the service was excellent. Give Red Rose a try. You won’t regret it!

My son makes better spaghetti! The spaghetti had ZERO flavor. Chef Ramsey would have thrown it in the trash! It needed more salt and seasoning! It tastes watered down. The lady that took my order was nice but the one that called my name when food was ready was not very service oriented. She was grumpy when I asked for red pepper and Parmesan cheese. She gave me only 5 packets of red pepper NO cheese!!! Who eats spaghetti without fresh cheese???? I would not recommend this place.

I had to try their mozzarella sticks a bit disappointed with the texture it tasted like to much breading and the sauce was good but would like a bit more of garlic in it. The raspberry lemon drop definitely smelled and tasted the raspberry flavor and the aftertaste was lemon a bit strong. The salad was good I was looking for the black olives that they always put on top. The lasagna so happy that they went back to cooking it like how I remember the first time I eaten it here for the first time. Omg I felt in love with this chocolate mousse cake in the middle it had pieces of brownies inside of it mixing the whipped cream with the cake so delish.

Ordered take out. The pizza was excellent along with the chicken parmigiana!! They seemed busy and would love to eat inside next time. Highly recommend!!

I’m from, Missouri. We don’t have pizza places like this back home! I wish we did! I got a medium pizza…it was freaking huge! The pizza was so freshly cooked, my tongue about fell off! You’re served fresh bread, before your meal, & the atmosphere is awesome! It’s definitely a local favorite! My cousin had the pasta! The portions were huge, & all of us walked away stuffed! The non refills sucked, but I enjoyed my pitcher of lemonade! The pizza was a thicker crust, & the crust was crisp! You could tell it was all great ingredients! This isn’t a chain pizza joint! The staff was very friendly, & helpful! A+

I’ve lived outside Springfield for about 10 years and never visited the Red Rose. I have heard great things but didn’t want the hassle of driving into the city. I decided to bite the bullet and go for it. It was just my wife and me. We both got small pizzas… But they are not “small”. Each could easily feed 2-3 people. So needless to say we had some leftovers.
