Unique rooster decor. We were greeted and seated immediately. Great service and food. My wife had the Blue Berry Pancakes with Lemon Sauce and really enjoyed it. I ordered the Skillet breakfast which starts with a base of fried potatoes with onion and peppers, a layer of meat, I choose sausage, a layer of scrambled egg and then american cheese. Everything was hot and delicious.

This place is nostalgic, as it hasn’t changed much since I first visited as a kid. My family and I like to stop in breakfast. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, especially kind to children. They brew their own iced tea, and it’s a delicious simple classic. Pancakes are the best in the area!

Very disapponted in our meals. My wife and I ordered Crispy Chicken Salads and got Chef Salads. The waitress said she would ask if she could put crispy chicken on our salads and we said no. Prices on two different menus were different. I asked what price we would pay and she said the higher price. Our friend ordered the deluxe burger. Didn’t finish it. Said it didn’t taste like beef. His lady friend ordered a chicken sandwich and said it was dry. Had to ask for mayonnaise and ketchup. Waitress needs a lot of training on how to deal with complaints. We wanted too walk out but I new the owner from a long time ago and didn’t want to say anything. I should have. We wouldn’t be back to eat there again.

This is a restaurant that is worth going back to. The food is delicious but cheap and our waitress was really nice and professional. In fact, everyone that worked there seemed really nice. You get huge portions of food so it’s definitely worth it. Overall, great place to eat.
