Food was good and order was correct. Server Ryan did not bring out the refill of fries for one guest, but served the other guest at the table which is very strange then proceeded to disappear for 40 minutes and not ask If the party was ready for the check or wanted dessert. Despite the good food quality and cleanliness of the restaurant such lackluster service will keep this restaurant off my places to eat list. Highly unprofessional.

Walked in on 8/20 about 230 or so in the afternoon. I was finally welcomed after standing at the hostess table for a few minutes. They were not busy at all. Sat at a table for 20 minutes or so. Waitress never once came to my table to even take a drink order but could go to the other 3 tables in the section. Again. They were not busy, and there were 3 parties in my section. 2 parties had 2 people. 1 table had maybe 6 but they were wrapping up and had received their check. Pretty pitiful.

It’s a decent burger place. The fries are good. The specialty burgers tend to try too hard and have so many flavors that it is not enjoyable. Stick with the basics and you’ll have a good burger.

Worst service ever last night, just horrible service. The manager in charge should be fired for allowing that kind of service. Our waitress Madison was horrible. We only saw her twice our whole visit, and the place was empty. Was never offered a refill on our drinks and i paid for bottomless root beer floats. Was never offered more fries and it’s supposed to be bottom less fries huh. False advertising I guess or just horrible job by everyone there. The worst thing about it, it wasn’t even busy. We were literally the only customer Madison had. So sad, and such a waste of money. Just horrible.

The hostess greeted us as we walked in. There was no wait to get a table. We were seated and ordered our drinks. Are waitress, Lisa, helped us with choosing an appetizer. We ordered the fried pickles. My wife had the Alaska cod filets. I had the BBQ Bacon Burger with fries. Everything was great. The Manager was walking around checking with all the customers. Asking if everything was alright. Definitely highly recommend. The food was amazing.

If you’ve been to a Red Robin before then you already know what to expect. If you haven’t and you enjoy burgers and steak fries then you should check it out. I usually come here after work so it’s a bit later in the evening but the staff is always friendly and on point. They have only messed up on my order once and they were very quick to correct it. I guess it’s why I keep coming back.

this is one of our favorite spots since we left the east coast. It just reminds us of North Carolina. we drive 45minz to get here from Oklahoma. I was disappointed on my birthday. I wanted the fish and chips but these guys were out of fish and the waitress was unaware of this information. When everyone’s food came out she then was informed that they were out of fish. i thing i may have just ordered a salad after that.
