This is one of my kids’ favorite places to eat. If you haven’t had their island heat boneless wings on their Yukon chips, you are missing out. Great combination of sweet and heat. Whiskey river bbq burger is also another favorite. I love the Ensenada chicken plate, great alternative to burgers and packed with flavor.

Red Robin used to be great. I came back today because it’s my sons go to place but honestly i have been unhappy with the service and food in the last 4 times we have come. I guess it’s our fault for coming back but once again my son likes it. Our service was bad and i guess the quality is getting worse. We could hear the waiters talking down on each other in the back as well. Not at all what was expected. I am not really sure that i should even be asking for silverware.

The burgers here are great but every burger I’ve ever gotten their buns are always great until halfway as they fall apart. Wish they would use a more dense bun. All in all good food and service. I placed 4 stars for food because I’ve been to better places for burgers, 4 stars on service because they attend well but can improve by visiting tables more often for refills.

Meat was Yuck! Obviously NOT flame grilled. After years of coming here, bringing guests, recommending to our friends, today’s meal was a real disappointment. If you ever decide to grill meat the way you used to, please let us know. We have always looked forward to the unique taste of Red Robin burgers. . . No more!

usually my experiences at this red robin are just fine but today when i went to pickup my curbside order something obviously went wrong. first time i called i got hung up on ?? so i recalled and the hostess seemed distracted but said she would bring out my food when it was ready. so i waited 30 minutes before my patience ran out and i called again. hostess said she’d check and came back and said they “just finished the order”. girlie. no way i’m believing that. the food was lukewarm at best when she brought it out. tasted just fine, same good old red robin as always, but the service i recieved was quite frankly terrible. like i said usually everything is very smooth when i get food here and the service is great (the bartender is a wonderful lady), just not this time for some reason.
