Service was great. We ate at a very busy time and the restaurant was packed. I give them four stars because our bar order was really slow and not right the first time so we had to send one drink back. It was otherwise a good experience.

I wish I could rate this place half a star. The service was atrocious, then wait for food was far to long for the amount of people in the restaurant, and worst of all the overall the cleanliness of the restaurant was deplorable. This is the second time that I have visited this particular red robin both time ended in disappointment.

Was there June 3 and was promptly told by our server that they were short of staff. Even though our server was very nice it took extremely long for us to get our drinks and food. We never did receive our appetizer. Our entire dining experience was like this. We were afraid to ask for something for fear of never getting it.

I had the WORST experience there on January 21, 2016. The food took forever to be delivered to our table. We were at the restaurant nearly three hours and it was not even crowded. The fries were delivered before the hamburger. The hamburger patty was burned. The onion straws were over cooked. The FOOD WAS NOT GOOD. In fact, I complained to the manager and even she was in shock. The manager and waiter attempted to help us by discounting our food. They were nice and helpful. I never write bad reviews but felt I must because the experience was TERRIBLE. I have eaten there for many years and it use to be our favorite restaurant.

Not a good night! First thing silverware was dirty!! Waitress slow even though place was empty. Forgot our appetizer. Buns were soggy on our burgers. Waitress never came back to check on us for additional fries or refills of our drink. We had to flag down others walking by. Slow to bring our bill. I would never recommend this location!!!!
