This place use to be good. Since being sat in modeys section, it’s gone to trash. Both times they messed up my burger. They took the burger back for 20 seconds took off the tomatos, and brought it back. Also frys had no seasoning or salt. Just trash. Didn’t even offer to remake the burger. You can see in the picture where the tomato was after they took it off.

Stopped in at the Red Robin at Easton for lunch today. I knew it was trouble when no Hostess in site. Waited a while for her to show up. Finally did and I was seated. She had left menus with me. There were 15 other tables occupied in the center section. They’re not seating in the other areas. This is basically the same as it was several months ago when I was here. One waitress working the whole area. She wasn’t their best and might have been new. Sat for probably 10-15 minutes waiting on anyone to wait on me. Finally came to take my order. Ordered a tea, Whiskey River BBQ burger and fries. Had to wait quite a while for the food to come out. No one checking for drink refills, even when my empty glass sat at the edge of the table. Food finally came out. Fries were barely warm. The burger wasn’t much better. I remember when I used to work in the area and we would come here all the time. Those were better times I guess. Red Robin should definitely hire some more people and put an involved Management team involved or close the business down.

Got seated quickly and that was the only good thing. Watched a group of employees on their phones and talking to each other while ignoring me. Multiple times they looked over at me and continued talking on their phones and joking and laughing with each other. After 5 minutes I walked out, no service at all and they weren’t even busy!

Burger was fine, but a little more done than medium. Chicken sandwich was 10 minutes later despite being there when the restaurant was empty. They gave me frys while I waited, but there was a hair in it. The chicken sandwich was black/grayish and not edible. Server was very nice but it was not a good experience.

Went in August 30th with my elderly mother. Manager refused to sit us in a well lit area to accommodate her blindness. It’s so dark in there it’s like a bar.Refuse to let us sit at a regular table, demanded we squeezed into a bench. Restaurant was at 10% capacity, no reason why we couldn’t sit in a well lit area. Manager refuse to give his name.

The host Teddy didn’t carry themselves very positively. The waitress that we had was very accommodating & helpful. She even made sure that the cooks took into consideration of my boyfriend’s food allergy. She was very friendly & very on top of making sure that we had whatever we needed. When our food was finished some of my burger toppings fell off & ended up on the ground. It wasn’t her fault at all. She took it back right away & had them fix it. The manager then brought it out to me. When we were finished & we paid. I had to ask for a paper copy of our receipt as there was no paper in the kiosk that was at our table. The manager happened to be right there so I asked her. She told our waitress & she got it for us right away.

There were only 2 or 3 tables being served in the entire restaurant, yet when I called for a takeout order, no one would take my order. I finally had to go in to place my order in person. I was shocked at the lack of responsiveness for a phone order while there were more workers than customers. The place was empty at 8:15 on a Tuesday night. They said they didn’t close until 10:00. I’ve never seen a restaurant that empty. General attitude from staff was lackadaisical, except for the host who took the order and the cook. The cook was working extremely hard and no one seemed to be helping him. My hamburger and fries were great. Unfortunately, the sweet potato fries had been sitting out a bit. But the food overall was great. The staff, with a couple of exceptions, host and cook were great, needs training. I’m surprised that restaurant is still open. I’ve been in other Red Robin’s around the country and I’ve never seen one this bad. The others are always packed, service is good and done with a smile. The owner/management may want to apply for a restaurant rescue TV show. I’ll still go to Red Robin’s, but not this one again.

I was advised to modify (modification not available online) my delivery order last week by calling the restaurant. The contents that were delivered were of deplorable quality. The kids corn dogs were beyond burned.
