I got a bacon cheeseburger with mustard and everything except onions, absolutely delicious, and the sweet tea is to die for. Perfectly polite and welcoming staff.

Those who complement the burgers are correct. I had a burger with chipotle mayo and it was excellent. It was before 11:00 so I was on my way home to Dallas and discovered the good reviews for Red River Cafe on Google. I wasn’t sure if it was too early for a burger but they didn’t blink and made it for me fresh. As one reviewer mentioned, there are a few pre-cooked items. Most items are cooked fresh. It is a tiny little cafe in the back of the Lone Star Convenience Store. I would classify it as “fast casual.” Very reasonably priced for such good hot food. It’s obviously a popular place for locals.

Stopped for gas, cafe looked good. Offered a cheeseburger and took them up. Excellent!! Boom diggity, also added some jalapeño strips. If your close worth the trip.

These hard working ladies make the best breakfast and lunch items. My favorite it’s the sausage, egg, and cheese croissant. They use real eggs!

Wow factor food and people. I go once a week and it’s not enough. I’ve had many burgers, chicken tenders, fries and chili packs and they’re consistently delicious. The fresh made stuffed jalapenos are the best on the planet and they cut their own fries too. The employees are happy to be at work and eager to help you. Stop by if you want some awesome food and a smile :o)
