We were just passing by and noticed this place from afar and decided to dine in. Atmosphere was very delightful and awesome. We were seated right away and ordered our food right away. Food was prepared quickly but some of the utensils were missing and had to ask multiple times for a nut cracker for the crablegs and didn’t come with the seafood pick. I think service needs improvement. Seafood combo was delicious.

This is my second time here! The first time I couldn’t even take pictures because the food was soo good! I had a shrimp basket with Cajun fries and it was excellent! Seasoned right, KD was a great server! He was very attentive and polite!

The place was ok. Nothing too fancy. One thing I did enjoy was that it didn’t smell like seafood when you walked in seeing how I am already not a fan. Too, the restrooms were clean. It wasn’t packed when we went either. Our server was polite. The food however was ok; nothing special. I ordered the catfish. My hubby ordered the shrimp. My son had the chicken tenders. WHAT WAS A SHOCK FOR ME AND A NO NO was the tenders. THEY WERE FRIED IN FISH GREASE because they tasted like fish. I was not a fan nor was my son. If you dont mind your ckn being cooked fish grease then this is ur place. The shrimp to me wasn’t fried hard enough but the fish was good. I was not a fan of the fries. NOW THE TEA was . My best part lol.

In general terms it was good, the service was good, and the sea food wasn’t remarkable but sure a good option if you want to get off the routine. I also saw some really good-looking dishes and I may come back to try more dishes. The part I didn’t like and reason because I am only giving 4 stars to this place was cleanliness, this place needs to improve cleanliness in general.

To any and all whom read reviews. Let me tell y’all this. I eat amazing food all over this country. I have YET to come across Cajun King Crab Legs like this. They are by FAR the best I’ve ever had in my 42 years upon this planet. They are spiced perfectly. They are tender. They are JUICY AND MOIST! We also had the Calamari(Phenomenonl and soft) the Gumbo, Clam Chowder and the Fried Gator bites. Y’all I cannot say enough wonderful things about this establishment! ALL food was created with care and love! I cannot wait to return to Southaven to eat here again!!! Wae the owner was a treat to meet. He treats his staff with care and love. Ms Z was the best waitress. Kind heart, knowledgeable and a great attitude with character!

The wife and I visited one Saturday afternoon. Our server, Ze, was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu items. We ordered the calamari to start and then the combo fried platter of shrimp and catfish to share. Because I’m a glutton, I also ordered the crawfish étouffée (pictured). Everything was hot fresh and delicious and we left with plenty to snack on later in the day, apart from the étouffée, that was all gone .

We’ve eaten here several times. Most recently we had Ze as our server and she was very personable. The food is always fresh and hot, cooked to order! We usually get the wings and catfish. The Cajun fries are so good! My only minor nitpick is the screen over the stage. Whatever TV it is, anything they play on there is stretched to horrible proportions. It’s laughable. I’ve never been there for a live performance, but they do have a stage there for live performances. The rest of the atmosphere is really well done.
