Regular food at regular prices.. Was told about this place, and it wasn’t bad.. just seemed the hype was bigger than the product.

I’mwatching
Went for chips and salsa and when I got home, discovered I had a bag of concession stand chips and the worst salsa I’ve ever had. I don’t know what happened to this Red Pepper, but it’s absolutely awful.

Very disappointed in tonight’s meal. Went to get potato skins with cheese and they didn’t have any and don’t know if they will ever get them again. Ordered a whole turkey and salami taco meat and Colby cheese grinder. They changed the salami and it was horrible. The white sauce has been changed as well and it didn’t even come close to what it used to taste like. This is the first time I’ve been there since Covid started and I used to go there at least once a week. I never post reviews but since I used to enjoy eating here I felt like I should let them know my disappointment!!.

Great place to go for lunch. They are pretty quick to get your order and the staff is friendly. I like their food, it tastes good to me. I would recommend this place to real people. When we go there for work lunch we go a little before 12 to avoid the line. Thumbs up

This is the only Red Pepper to go to. Original bun for starters. Never had a bad meal. Always fresh and tasty.

Hi! I have been a patron for a very LONG time..only red pepper I will go TOO in fact. So I put in my order…at the end of her making it all..she states I hope you are aware that there is a 15% gratuity charge. I don’t mind tipping..I ALWAYS DO…ALWAYS BUT, when im TOLD THIS… To me it is NOT customer friendly. May I suggest you POST THIS at your counter or somewhere visible..instead of being somewhat rudely told. First disappointment here…always a pleasant experience…wonderful food..don’t get me wrong but, this should be posted…just my opinion.

The food is amazing and the staff here are always cheerful and friendly. If you haven’t been here you need to try it, along with their white sauce! But come prepared, this Red Pepper only accepts cash or check, no cards.

Okay so – I have heard and seen great reviews about this place called The Red Pepper!. It reminds me of a great little mom and pop started local favorite – right. Which makes me think this place should be great … not so much!! We tried the Red Pepper in East Grand Forks, MN and due to this will not try the others. I took my kids in for a dad and kids lunch out. We thought this should be good but it bombed miserably. 1st – I wasn’t expecting a menu so Taco Bell’ish but okay. So we ordered a couple taco’s, burritos etc. 2nd – When our order comes out the items were luke warm and did not have all of the items we wanted like cheese and lettuce. 3rd – When I pointed this out to the lady she literally placed the cheese in it and put it in a microwave right in front of us. My kids and my mouth hit the floor! Come-on man – Taco Bell is better than this.

I’ve been a Red Pepper fan my entire life. We drove here because of the grinder bun, and yes the bun is the perfectly tender original. If we could take this bun to either University or N 42nd, that would be ideal. $1.75 for a no-refill fountain Mt. Dew 🙁 and dry, old taco meat with paper thin ham. No thanks.

Very good, just wish they would let us put the white sauce on our grinders.
