Extremely disappointing Easter brunch. While the views were beautiful, the service was nonexistent to awful, and the food was terrible as well. The fruit was only melon and pineapple, the meat was over cooked and fatty, the only breakfast bread product was waffles which were old and hard as a rock. The pastries tasted like they were previously frozen from Walmart. I would not recommend this venue and pay $300 for brunch.

Came here for the Sunday breakfast brunch buffet. Loved the selection of foods to choose from and also the “omelet station.” I also appreciated the fact that their food was nicely portioned in size. This way you weren’t feeling full after the first few bites! Light and tasty which helps when you’re at a buffet and want to be able to try a little bit of everything without getting full so fast. The view was nice too! Nice and open room with Windows throughout.

I went there with my family recently for Sunday Brunch. The food was delicious. There was an omelette station, lots of fruit, pancakes, french toast, bacon, biscuits and gravy, eggs Benedict, and a yogurt station. The fruit was very fresh and the biscuits and gravy were amazing. The food was kept refilled. The servers were very busy, so it was a bit difficult getting drinks refilled. However, it was understandable that they were busy because this is a place for large groups of people and families. Overall I would recommend this to people wanting to spend time with their family and enjoy good food.

My husband and I selected The Red Oak Room at Cantigny Golf Club for our rehearsal dinner, and let us tell you, it was incredible!! We had a larger rehearsal dinner with a lot of out of town guests and the night was a hit. We wanted a space with both outdoor and indoor space and The Red Oak Room was perfect. The views of the golf course are stunning and the string lights on the patio made it feel like an awesome summer party. We had food served buffett style (Italian theme and then mini chicago hotdogs and beef sandwiches) and they were a hit! On top of the venue being spectacular, our event coordinator, Taylor, was top knotch. Taylor was so professional, kind and responsive and made the night better than we had imagined! If you are considering having any event that will “wow” your guests – have it at Cantigny. The grounds and staff are supberb.
