This was my Go-to bar. I’ve lived in and around Platteville all my life. Always go here bc bartenders are always friendly and my mom and step father talked highly of the owners. Never been disrespected by ne one here. But don’t play the slot machines and win a big amount. It’s been almost a week. Was told they would call me by Thurs or Fri and it’s Fri. And I decided to call the them just to inquire on my winnings to be talked to with attitude and told “they will call me when they have it. They don’t have the funds atm.” Hmmmm shldnt the slot machine have the funds of what they say the jackpot is??.

Ruined a friends ID by bending it. Very rude bartenders. Checked ID’s multiple times throughout the bar even after ordering drinks. We were thrown out because we were hesitant to present ID’s for the THIRD TIME. Threatened to call the cops and we were being very cooperative. Also bartender made rude comments about a $1 tip not being large enough on a $3 beer. Used to really enjoy this bar until lately. Will be taking my business elsewhere

By far the worst bar in Platteville. The bartenders are extremely rude, the atmosphere is very unfriendly, and they kicked my friend out for having an Illinois ID- I think they forgot they’re located in the tri-state area. Don’t waste your time here

First time here today, it was a super comfortable atmosphere and with friendly people. The bartender (dory I think) was a super hero running the entire place with cooking serving bartending and still giving you her attention! Most of all the burgers were fantastic! Def coming back if I’m in the area again! V affordable, Lots of charm!

My friend from Illinois got his ID bent in two directions. This establishment showed complete incompetence which leads to situations like this. Definitely a mood killer and they were rude for no reason. Not a great look

Making a beer run we decided to stop for lunch and found this place. Not many people there, and those that were, were having a meeting of sorts. Service was good, good bar food, appetizer combo plate was really tasty and got way more than we expected. BLT special was also really good. Would definitely stop by again,only downfall was it’s a little small so hearing other conversations is pretty easy.
