I absolutely LOVE their Escarole Bean soup, just the right amount of garlic. BUT please would someone chop the escarole so while trying to spoon it in my mouth I don’t end up with an entire leaf stuck to my face. Thanks ever so much

It was truly a wonderful dining experience at the Red Moon Pizza! We drove from Maryland to the Red Moon Pizza in Howell Township, NJ this Saturday as we read about the recommendations from some Washington DC publications. The freshness of all ingredients, well-made dressing for salad, thin crest pizza with fresh mixed local vegetables are absolutely appreciated by vegetarians. The meat pizza reflects the wonderful Italian-American tradition and Italian heritage. There are much more choices on the menu. It is easy to drive to and there are ample parking spaces, why not give it a try when you are in town?

Been ordering take out from this place atleast once a week since I moved to howell. Lately the service has been horrible from the old lady who answers the phone with an attitude and now most recently (on Friday) I gave the cashier $10 for a $6 meal when I asked for my change she got angry and said I only gave $6 which isn’t possible since I only had 2 $5 bills. and refuses to give me my change. It’s a shame this is the 3 strike and probably won’t be returning after being a weekly customer.

Quality went way down, ordered Capellini Primavera, no spices, no olive oil, pasta was watery, and the vegetables were cooked to death. Meatballs must have been frozen, and were soaking wet with water coming out. Then the Grandma Sicilian was like dbl thick cardboard with fake mozzarella cheese on it, and crust almost burnt. This is not the only time with quality issues, it recently happen before, no more chances, we will take our business elsewhere.

Pizza was hot and served by the cook with a smile. I like the fact it had a box. This place is right on route 9 and was busy.

Is someone else making the pizza now? Tonight the pies we got were very different then what we usually get. Far too much cheese and not much sauce. It was disappointing 🙁 the margherita was like a white pie. And the toppings were underneath the fresh mozz? It didn’t quite work.

Been going here for 4 yrs. Always been excellent except for today. Prices go up but quality shouldn’t go down. The chicken wraps used to be great. They hardly put any chicken in it and they are tiny morsels. What a joke. The cheesesteaks also have 1/2 the meat from what they used to have. The Pizzas are hit or miss these days also. Not worth the $ anymore.

Pizza is very good. One of favorite places to order a couple of pies. Salads were ok, nothing special. Meatballs were good.

I come and order from here all the time. Im never disappointed. If I sit and eat there, the service is always great and friendly. If I have food delivered the drivers are always respectful and on time. Great local place that I love having around.
