I seem to only go when they offer all you can eat shrimp. There seems to be a stigma with people when mention Red Lobster. I do no know why, because every time I have ever gone to this Red Lobster I have always thoroughly enjoyed the food and service. If you manage to go during the week, you will have an amazing time as there will not be that many people and the server kept insisting we eat more shrimp. I just went last Saturday and the only minor issue is that we had to wait a few min for a seat, which rarely happens to me anymore, but that’s it! Enjoy!

This was my first time here, so I was expecting a good experience based on the reviews. The waitress was new, but she was a sweetheart, that is about the only positive part of the visit. We ordered our food, and the food comes out cold. I ordered the shrimp and lobster tacos(it is a new dish on the menu apparently) it does not say that the dish is served cold. Also, the other meal we ordered had cold fries, and a cold baked potato. I asked the waitress if mine could be heated up, she apologized and took it into the back just to come back and say her manager said they “can’t heat it up due to the salad on the taco”. I asked for it to be heated up, and I am the customer so if I request that then it should be accommodated. I sat there and didn’t eat a thing. They didn’t take anything off the bill even though we were very dissatisfied. I asked to speak to a manager prior to leaving, she was very quick with me. I explained that our experience wasn’t what we had expected and that I would be bringing the tacos home to heat them up and she said that’s fine but they can’t do it there. I just don’t understand why they can’t accommodate a customers request. If we are paying for the food, then please help us enjoy it. She handed me 2 $10 gift certificates but honestly, I don’t even want to use them after the experience we encountered. A refund would have been more reasonable in my opinion.

The service was good. Our server Alex, was good, I had the Mussels in wine. Very salty, misulanius shells all through the sauce . Not good. The toast for the Mussels were also over salted. And I had the shrimp trio, again nothing but salt.

Cheddar biscuits are to die for like always. Lobster bake was good, although some mussles were not open, and the lobster itself could’ve been better. Utimate feast had better lobster, but the fried shrimp were a bit mushy. Great service. Good atmosphere.

We had a great experience! Our waitress was very kind and positive. She kept our drink filled and always came back frequently to check on us. The food was great, I had the Sailor’s platter and the fried fish was delicious. I left feeling full and satisfied. The biscuits were amazing!

The calamari was cooked to perfection! The brussel sprout special was yummy with the stuffed flounder with lobster sauce. The holiday sangria was tasty and festive. Our server was pleasant and attentive and this is a nice, clean restaurant.
