Took our kids to lunch, they both had hibachi shrimp with veggies and fried rice and they loved it. My husband and I split tuna tatiki and a sashimi sampler, and it was very well done with generous cuts of fish. The gentleman that served us was very nice and attentive. Comfy seating and good atmosphere. Would definitely go back and would recommend.

First visit. It was great. My husband and I shared the sushi platter, which came with soup and salad. Everything tasted wonderful. Our server was attentive and very nice. Will definitely be back. The only drawback is that there’s a cigar bar next door, so sitting outside is smoky.

My husband and I recently visited Red Koi, and sadly were very disappointed. The staff are SO friendly and our waiter was very attentive, but the food wasn’t good. We both got the hibachi chicken and shrimp, and everything on that plate lacked seasoning and flavor. I will not be returning sadly, but I do hope they will eventually use some seasoning. Also, the coke products tasted very weird.

I’ll have to say I was very pleasantly surprised by our overall experience here at Red Koi. Everything we got was very good. Our server was attentive and friendly as well. We sat outside with our dog and really enjoyed our meal. Can’t wait to come back.

Came to European village last minute with my girl. Their prices for a la carte were pretty good so we ordered some salmon, tobiko, scallop, and a shrimp tempura roll. Mind you, we’re sushi snobs. The salmon was good not great. The scallop was actually a whole scallop shared between two nigiris, the tobiko they said they might be out of and will substitute for masago. Ok, but what came out was actually old masago that they probably should not have served. It was pale in color, and the egg shells were weak. For the shrimp tempura roll, it was fried nicely with great texture, very good knife skills slicing thin cucumber layered, but the shrimp was tiny and not much flavor. It did come with 8pcs which was nice. Rice to fish ratio was good, especially on the roll. However, between cheating out on old masago and slicing a scallop in half to make it two pieces, it brought my vote down on the food. Service was nice and friendly, as well as the atmosphere.

A very nice Sushi place in the European Village. The filet mignon hibachi was the best I have had. The meat was very tender. The sushi was good as well
