Fantastic little bar. The vibe is totally unique to the area and anywhere I’ve been in Indy. Very limited menu which is perfectly fine. Potato salad and burger is where it’s at. Classic little no frills bar. Will definitely be back!

It’s bootleg hookah who charges $5 for one of those small bottles of Chi-Chi margarita mix and $30 for a $5 bottle of wine. PH AND DONT FORGET THE $10 COVER TO GO INTO AN EMPTY PLACE ON A THURSDAY. lastly they kept stopping the music because someone was playing it from their phone ‍♀️ the servers were GREAT but I’d never come back…waste of money

The atmosphere is subjective and I love it here. You’ll either love it or hate it.

One of our favorite spots to go! Great place to grab some reasonably priced food/drinks and catch up with friends over a game of Euchre. Stop in and say hi to Nora!

I love that the juke box has standards from the 40s and 50s. Loved the piano/base duo! Perfect atmosphere.

Great dive bar. CASH ONLY. Had a great mix of patrons from young to old. Steve behind the bar was very friendly. Full bar with great beer selection. I got a Little King’s. Not many places sell those at the bar.

Visited this establishment for the 1st time in a long time. Good thing is, nothing’s changed. Still a great neighborhood bar to visit.

Red Key is a dinky little bar, but a good little bar. They have good drink specials throughout the week ($5 beer buckets on Thursdays, I think?) and they’ve got consistently tasty burgers and potato salad! There are a few food items on the menu I’ve never been able to try, because they always seem to be out of those things – but that’s really my only complaint. If you’re looking for a super relaxed time and a genuinely good hamburger, this might be the place for you.

This is what you’d call a dive bar. Set your expectations low so you’re not disappointed too much. If you’re looking for beers and a good burger in a casual setting, then this might be a good place for you. It’s not a good place to get cocktails — selection is extremely limited to just the basics and the basics are nothing to write home about. Had some Manhattans and they were somewhat small portion in a Nick and Nora glass and we’re just alright. Vodka martini was too much vermouth. That said, the burgers were really good. So beer and burger is probably the way to go here.

It’s the Red Key. I’ve been coming in since July 1996. Now I live closer. If you don’t know the rules, you’re gonna have to learn. Start with no cursing and hang your coat up on a hanger. Chili is for chili weather. Go. Soak up the joy and have a conversation.
