Not much to look at – but who cares. The food is what counts. Food is good to very good. Not great, but reliable. Consistent. Some places you have to go there on certain days to get good food – probably because different people do the cooking on certain days. Red House is Red House everyday.

Awful service. Store was good 15+ years ago. No longer nice people. Burned my food and wouldn’t replace it or refund it. I had to tell them I’ll deny it to my bank and the lady finally said she’s replace it and not to come back. I wasn’t planning to anyway.

The worst customer service I’ve ever had. The food taste old. 15 years ago or more the food and service was so much better. I thought it would be the same now. I purchased egg rolls and beef and broccoli. Everything was hard and old. I took it back the next day and the lady told me that there’s nothing wrong with the food that it’s me. She said she wasn’t remaking it or giving me the money back. She said she didn’t want anymore of my money to go somewhere else because I complained about the food. With the food and service being this way I see them closing soon. BEWARE OF BAD SERVICE AND FOOD. YOU WILL BE THROWING AWAY MONEY. I can’t even give them a star because of the service.
