We would like to thank you for dining with Red hook. We hope you enjoy our delicious food and comfortable atmosphere, Red Hook offers a diverse range of juicy seafood, including shrimp, oysters, blue crab, snow crab, crawfish, clams, mussels, Dungeness crab, and lobster.
Snow crabs, Lobster, Shrimp and other seafood will be mixed with the restaurant’s famous Cajun Buttery sauce and served in steam bags. Instead of the traditional methods of using a knife and fork, hands are applied directly. The restaurant will provide gloves, bibs, and other “tools” upon request. The finger-licking goodness of Red hook seafood will leave a lingering flavorful taste in your mouth!

The food was delicious! Hot and fresh! My husband ordered a margarita that never came to the table. The server didn’t check on us until we were almost finished with meal (Nunu) Her excuse for the margarita never coming was it wasn’t frozen yet . I thought you just had to blend ice. Maybe they have a different technique. The other tables got their drinks. Not sure what happened. The bathroom was nasty and the floors were super sticky. My shoes were literally sticking to the floor.

Many are quick to post negative service experiences, but PLEASE give me a moment to shout out Ms. English at Red Hook on Winchester. We celebrated my aunt’s 76th birthday today, and Ms. English provided exceptional service! This lady said grace, opened our seafood bags, sang happy birthday, AND made my aunt a card! More importantly, her beautiful spirit lit up the room! I really cannot think of a time I‘ve received better service. If you see this Ms. English, I pray that doors of opportunity open for you and many experience your gifts. You are AMAZING!!

Fun for all. The service for about 14 people was great. The waitress introduced herself, and was available throughout the meal. The crab cakes were great, full of flavor, spice but not too much. BUT, the gumbo was terrible. A bowl of rice with little or NO seasoning, TASTELESS. It was made with what tasted like ground lightly seasoned sausage. I was very dissapointed. Took it home and added some Slap Your Mama, Nd Gumbo seasoning…Much better. Theirs was served with crackers instead on cornbread .

Came here to be treated for my birthday and the experience was beyond amazing. I feel like this visit was out of a fantasy. It was my birthday and I was well taken care of by Miss English. She even serenaded me by singing me happy birthday with her heavenly voice. She didn’t see but I cried a little after because her voice was so beautiful and on key. My wife, friend and I had such an amazing experience. I will be coming back ASAP.

We went to Red Hook on Winchester in Memphis Tn and my waitress Ms.English was the best hands down . She took her time and broke down the menu to our understanding. She song to my granddaughter and made sure we had a fantastic experience. This is the second time I’ve been and she’s been there waiting on us . I recommend her to everyone. She’s an amazing person.
