Honestly, it was delicious. Very clean and nice decoration. I had Lomo which was good, but the rice and beans were not completely cooked. The price is high for what I got. The service was good.

This is the best chicken I’ve ever had. I will say that if you don’t char the chicken well you’ll get seasoning that cakes off and it isn’t near as sweet or as tasty and it might not get return customers. So make sure your workers are cooking the chicken correctly. Awesome stuff. Thanks guys.

The food is amazing!! They make it fresh when you order and everything on the menu is so good! I love the Lomo Saltado. It is a large amount of food and seasoned to perfection! I’m so excited that they are now offering Lucuma popsicles, you need to try them! I also got a passion fruit one that was delicious as well! The service is great and the staff very friendly!

Ok I have eaten here before and everytime the meat was good but the Lomo had no juice so when I called to place an order I specifically asked them to please make it juicy because the Lomo Saltado is suppose to be juicy but my husband and I were so disappointed and it was the worse Lomo I ever eaten! Well it was as bad as the 51 restaurant in Orem, also they changed their meat and my husband said it was like a carne asada meat but with no flavor sad to review this but its the true, check out the photo if my Lomo saltado

My favorite meal is the chicken with sweet potato fries and salad or fruit. The fruit tastes so fresh every time I go. The chicken is so fresh and seasoned all the way through. Don’t forget to dip the chicken into the green sauce they have. It’s so good! I even dip my sweet potato fries in the green sauce and it tastes so good as well! The food is always well presented. I feel like I have a personal chef in my kitchen when I see the food. I highly recommend this place over any other place! 11/10!!

Gotta give a big shout out to the employees at Red Fuego. I left my wallet at the traverse mountain location (I’ve previously left them a 5 star review for the excellent food) and two days later I realized I may have left it at their restaurant. I called and they had it for me. I was thrilled. So thankful Red Fuego hires good and honest people. That’s a big deal these days and it’s comforting to know that this great food is being cooked and serviced by great people. Thanks again.

The food was so delicious, and very authentic according to our Peruvian friend! The chicken was seasoned to perfection, very juicy and tender. The fries were great! My wife got the steak and enjoyed it as well. The dessert was good too. The location was clean, with simple, authentic decorations! Great experience.
