I tip way too much(and I still left a great tip) to have received the service that I did. This is unacceptable. When someone frequents your business, you show gratitude and great customer service. The owners have clearly scaled up and not around. My family and I will spend our money down the street. Do better the dine in and take out experience were extremely lacking.

I called to place an order and was placed on hold for 18 minutes. While on hold, I drove all the way to the restaurant to be hung up on when I walked through the door. Once inside, there were at least 8 people waiting congregating at the door.. Once I was able to place the order, and once I paid, I was told the extensive wait time….Unfortunately, my husband likes their food….I feel the service and atmosphere needs some adjustments not to mention while the hostess has time to play games on the phone maybe she can find a little time to sweep, clean a table, perhaps answer the phone to take an order.

If i could give zero stars i would!!!!! My mom and I went into red fish today and our experience was HORRIBLE!!! I went to order my food tonight and made a mistake and ordered the wrong flavor chicken on my first order. As I began to place my second order I realized i called out the wrong flavor and i instantly let the cashier know so she could change it. She had to call the owner over and HE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE, CONFRONTATIONAL, IMPOLITE, ANGRY, & DISRESPECTFUL!! He was i “guess” angry because he had to come over and override the incorrect order! After he changed it in his computer he slung the receipt almost hitting me with it, leaving the cashier to apologize. I let her know it wasn’t her fault and I pray she can find her another job not working with such an evil person!! I come here all the time but after today NEVER AGAIN!! We did nothing wrong to him for him to be upset with us. Then we got all the way home and no condiments are in the bag. The experience was just terrible tonight!!!

I used to frequent this place all the time before we moved and came back years ago. It’s was always enjoyable. Clearly, the owners have taken a step back or gone on vacation, bc whoever is running this place the majority of the time is totally lacking in overall restaurant and bar management experience and skills. Spend your money at the other Japanese, Thai, and Chinese food restaurants in this area and you’ll be more satisfied. It is what it is.

Red fish always provides pretty excellent food and tonight was no exception. Service left a little to be desired. Our server was very professional and knowledgeable but after he dropped our food off it was a very long time until he returned. We had someone chase him down for drink refills, but still excellent food as always.

Don’t let the exterior fool you! This is a true gem hidden in a strip mall. The sushi was fresh and delicious! Not to mention beautifully prepared. We absolutely loved the dragon roll, Batman roll and Graceland roll. They were phenomenal! Great place for a quiet lunch. The service was friendly and efficient. Would definitely return.

Looooovvved this. Loved every bit of this! Salad had a bit of a punch but hey, I’m up for it. General Tso was some of the best I’ve ever had. Excellent service. The restaurant is beautiful, huge fishtanks all around. Definitely a place you can get comfortable in and certainly a place I will be going back to.

Food was excellent, service was as well. Cleanliness needs some work. Tables had greasy feeling, silverware followed, maybe time to get some better cleaning supplies or more attention to detail. Order pickup should be good to go.

Service was great the waitress never let our glasses go empty we had 7 of us the food was great was very good hibachi shrimp and steak fried rice could’ve been better missing a few ingredients I think or I’m just used to having egg celery carrots onion In mine but was fair salad was great I ate mine and my daughters lol love the ginger dressing will choose to go again on special occasions when I have a big party to feed and even when its just 2 of us 2nd time there service was great both times wish I would’ve caught our waitresses name to shout out to her GREAT JOB AND HOW DID YA LIKE THAT TIP? YOU EARNED IT!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH
