The owner told my boyfriend and I that this place was a passion project- a dream his wife always had. It’s marvelous. Our litmus test for a coffee shop is always a plain hot latte so we can taste the flavor of the espresso beans. We’re from the east coast, where you can’t throw a stone without hitting an amazing coffee shop. This place could stand toe to toe with any of them.

Don’t take a risk, unless you call, since they may not be open! Traveling through Muleshoe and was so excited to try their coffee and cinnamon rolll, but closed on a Monday at 10 AM. Their sign says am-pm!

The staff is extremely kind and understanding. There’s great communication between the servers and customers and the chai latte is amazing – even the spiced cardinal! The bagels !!! And most importantly their coffee cake is awesome!

It was lovely. I appreciated the staff understanding I needed a sugar free drink. They made the best mocha Expresso with sugar free vanilla syrup. Just awesome. I will be going back.
