I had a awesome experience at Red Bird Fried chicken .Ms.Bunny and the crew were very friendly and professional. They made me and my daughter feel very welcome. The chicken was delicious and the entire atmosphere from the music to the setup was a vibe. If you’re a foodie like me put them on your Agenda.

The reviews of this place are very confusing. Seems like they still have old reviews from the previous burger joint, Three Bs, that was at this location. I actually didn’t know it had been taken over by Red Bird, and what an unfortunate occurrence. The chicken is waaay under seasoned, the red beans were comically under seasoned and luckily they supply salt and pepper to help make them edible. Their signature sauce may or may not be a rip off of Chicken Guy’s sauce. The fries were decent. The service is a strange one. You place your own order on their tablets, and then you’re asked if you want to tip. Then, you find out you get your own drinks, sauces, silverware, etc. They bring your food out and then you throw all of your trash and dishes away. Not really worth your time.

So bad. Chicken was soggy and inedible. I fed the remainder to my dog. It’s so expensive too. I ordered on Uber eats and my order was over $50 for food for 2 people and hardly got any food. Tasteless and forgot all of my sauces!!

Got take-out and it made us so excited to dine in here in the future! Got the 3 piece mix and 8 piece nugget and they were both perfectly fried and crispy. My fiancé ordered the 3 piece mix and it fell right off the bone it was so tender and good. Mac and cheese was also so smooth and creamy with some crunch on top. And loved every sauce! Would definitely recommend a try and can’t wait to go back!

5 star rating because the young man that greeted us gave us attention from the time we walked in until we left. The chicken is well seasoned and so fresh and hot, the sides; omg!! The Mac and cheese, gumbo, and red beans and rice were perfect! Thank you so much for the hospitality and amazing food. I didn’t get to post pictures because the food was too good to waste a minute diving in!

Solid fried chicken. Great taste. Ever so slightly overcooked, but didn’t ruin anything. Love the signature sauce. The rolls and Mac & cheese were really good. I do wish they had added utensils in with the mac and cheese and my bosses red beans. I didn’t think to grab any and that caused a problem when I got back with the food.

We appreciate Brandon the manager fixing a mess up of ours on our first time coming by. The family appreciates it. The Mac and cheese and rolls are great!

Red Bird has replaced 3 Bs and it is horrible…red beans horrible , coleslaw and the chicken the skin is crispy that’s the nicest thing to say. I knew I should’ve turned around when I saw it was empty on a Fridaye evening. Also note, comments under the search are still for 3bs

Nice fried chicken here that is better than Popeyes regular but not quite as spicy as Popeye’s spicy chicken or the Metairie location of Gus’s Fried Chicken. The whole fried chicken is a way better idea than the chicken tenders as the tenders I had were on the overcooked side and didn’t have the nice juicy flavor as the whole chicken pieces that were way more moist. So overall they have nice whole fried chicken and mediocre tenders but the worst bad news is their biscuits seem to be more like rolls which is great if you like rolls but bad if you wanted a biscuit. This is the second location of this restaurant with the original location being in Covington, LA. Redbird Fried Chicken has taken over the space formerly occupied by Three B’s Burgers.

My order for pick up had never been put in. There was an issue with the website so I called and my order was taken over the phone. Got there only to find out I had no order. They did get some chicken for me rather quickly after I got angry because I had guest at home expecting lunch. Chicken was OK but not really what my family likes.
