Just happened to find this awesome diner on the way to the airport because Google suggested it. Came in about 125pm after the lunch rush and wasn’t disappointed. Cool joint that we didn’t know was so famous. Staff was super friendly. Food was effing amazing! Will definitely go back and will tell everyone to check it out!

If you’re looking for an authentic diner experience, this is the place! Quarters are cramped, and space is limited. Depending on what time of day you come, immediate seating is not guaranteed. Staff will hurry along loiterers, and be mindful of all everyone’s time.

It was our first time here. Staff and regulars were friendly and shared stories of the famous patrons they have interacted with. The Trump Tower Burger was great. Trump was actually at the Diner 3 weeks prior. The patty melt was wonderful too. We took home half of everything as well as some banana cream pie, Dinah fingers and an enormous eclair. Everything was very tasty. Our teenager loved all the leftovers and deserts.

Went around 7am and the place was empty. I liked the music playing a lot. Had an absolutely amazing French toast. I’ll definitely go back often. My only concern is that I didn’t spot the restrooms – I think there might be a tiny one in the back, maybe through the kitchen, but not sure.

Pretty solid diner. I got the steak tips, which were a little chewy but really good. The waiters were very friendly as well. They keep tags in front of the seats around the diner as well listing famous people who have visited, worth a look!

Came here with my husband, who grew up nearby and went with his family a lot as a kid. I thought maybe he was building it up too much on the way there but the Red Arrow Diner totally DELIVERED! Breakfast was delicious (I had the pastrami and swiss omelette, he had steak tips and eggs) and the staff were so warm and welcoming, plus our neighbors at the counter were friendly and helped me decide from the many yummy offerings on the menu. Then I got a sticker and they rang a bell because it was my first time in! If you like an authentic diner and also want to feel like a member of the family this is the spot for you.

No frills- no problem! This is a nice diner. Good food – nice service. The menu is significant and it’s breakfast, lunch and dinner 24/7 which is wild. Some of their food combinations are interesting but I don’t hate it! I ordered an omelette with hash browns and it was great! This is a what you see is what you get kinda place and I’m into it!

Food is always good. Love the small bit of history in the “Famous person sat here” signs affixed to the counter and booths. My only issue is last time we tried to go my roommate went to see if they had a booth open before locking up the car. Asked to have the open booth held while he ran out to attend to the car and let me and our out of town guests know there was a booth available. Headed back in to find that the waitress was seating a group at the booth he had requested we sit at even after he had assured her he’d be “right back”. We had to go elsewhere for lunch which was a bummer as our guests were looking forward to diner food.
